Boorish staff. Wife flew yesterday from ROV airport to Istanbul. She was forced to pay for baggage that had already been turned on and, without saying a word, changed the reserved seat on the plane in the 4th row to a place in the very last row near the toilet where even the back does not fold back. A company representative said that she had collected her own ticket "in the Word," and that either she pays 11,000 rubles for the first bag, or leaves it there. This behavior in Russia in the order of things?

Office without a sign, but you can find it. Unlike Turkey, security measures are not followed. No layouts, no screens, and no masks. This, of course, will not change my attitude towards Turkish airlines, but I would also like a friendly attitude from the office staff, who are representatives of the brand I respect in Russia.
