The staff seemed busy with other things was not able to get adequate service, the food seemed over priced especially the quantity of food, not very authentic mexican food. More authentic food from the Mexican restaurant down the street.

Helpful staff, even to accommodate a dog during a busy time, solid food and micheladas, great views and people watching

It was alright. They seemed in a rush to close for the night.

Everything was delicious! Tasty tacos and generous accompaniment, sunny cocktails, terrace a little "crowded" but service and very pleasant atmosphere. Family customers.

After visiting Santa Monica Beach, I remembered the house that was inadvertently happier and felt better than I thought.

Great food in a great location! But the price is high which is expected for that area/location

Excellent food! Favorite was the flautas. Special sauce and the chicken was awesome. Nice outdoor seating and good service. Manager said he would bring one to NC.

I have eaten places all over the world but I have to say that this was quite possibly the quickest turn around from ordering to service that I have ever experienced, within a minute of ordering I had my appetizer and entree. The chicken taco was surprisingly delicious as was the blend of flavors in the beef and pork. The guacamole was good but heavy on the lime and missing a couple of flavors. All in a great experience.

We came during a peak time and ended up having an hour long wait. The manager was accommodating and got us a spot after my friend was worried we would miss our flight later that day (didn't anticipate the wait to be that long). Our waiter was super friendly and helpful. The food itself was good, but not worth the $18 for 3 small tacos. Ended up getting a small margarita for $13 dollars as well. Taste was good but definitely overpriced. After the long wait, I was expecting a little bit more out of this place. Overall, the experience wasn't too bad.

The staff here is very accommodating, the view is nice and the food tastes very fresh. Their homemade salsas range from mild to hot AF. Definitely try some chips and salsas. I got the chicken taco meal with 3 tacos, rice and beans. They dont have many Mexican beers which was a shock and disappointment but they have a special taco of the week that fits the season.

The host staff is always incredibly pretentious and inconvenience when you ask them if you can make a reservation aka do their job. But the Margs are great!

Came here with some friends, steak quesadilla and pork belly taco were really good.

Amazing food, the drinks are delicious and the staff is awesome friendly people. Fish tacos and the pork belly tacos never disappoint and the guac is truly one of the best I ve ever had!!!

Good food, nice atmosphere, but I am a 310lb guy so I found the portions to be way to small.

Matador margaritas in a pitcher are cheaper than paying per. Between 2 people, you can get about 5 glasses.

I love to come here and sit outside, view of ocean is beautiful. Always get a decent meal, I love the chicken tacos. I mostly come here for a light meal and a few drinks to unwind. Inside is small, sit outside if you can. Location is perfect, near the pier.

Mexican in Santa Monica! We had delicious tacos while blowing in the wind at the terrace seat. The service was polite and good.

The food here was amazing. We didn't have a reservation but got seats at the counter. Everything was very clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

Personally I found the food and service here on point. Beef Tacos were amazing. Smoky lovely beef. Mixed seafood ceviche lovely and their 25 dollar lunch deal for 2 courses is a bargain!

Walking down the street and picked this for a lunch.

Ordered a shrimp quesadillas, grilled fish tacos, pork belly tacos and chicken tacos topping it with a Mexican red.

The fish tacos are awesome!!! And it is right near the beach. Mostly outside seating, but they have good heaters and even some blankets on the chairs for the cool nights.

The Food: There are many healthy choices on the menu. The chicken is so tender. The food portion is more than enough. The ingredient is so fresh.

Amazing Quesedillas (add steak), getting a flight of salsas is highly recommended and getting a picture of margaritas is the best deal you can get. Viewing the ocean and life out over the ocean is enjoyed on the patio. Amazing service, friendly and attentive servers and delicious food top it off. Highly recommend!!!

WOW! Everything taste FRESH! I did not ask but I'm assuming it's all organic. I had the fish tacos with cilantro no cabbage, the salsa and guacamole is the best I've ever had. If you go to Santa Monica make sure to give this place a go!

Really good location, service and food! I had the chicken fajitas and they were very tasty. All of the food came out piping hot. Our server was very attentive and friendly as well. They have blankets you can use, as it can be breezy sometimes bring close to the water.

The prices are reasonable for the quality and atmosphere. The staff is outstandingly courteous. Will recommend and return as frequently as I can.

Clean tasting but expensive Mexican food. Nice staff , cool environment. Try the cheaper and tastier Taco Libre around the corner if you want casual dining .

we were hunting for a yummy spot to eat at after the LA Marathon when this spot caught our eyes.
after checking out the menu we sat down to some warm and inviting staff who quickly brought us light and crispy chips and 2 types of salsa. the side of guacamole was also delicious. quick hint: order the skinny Margarita pitcher... it's worth every penny. our favorites were the chicken fajitas and the Adobe taquitos. we will definitely come back!

There was a wait. So you know that's good sign! Really good salsas and ceviche. Out of all latino cuisine, we'd give it 5 stars. Out of all restaurants, we'd give it 4.1.

Tacos were good, not great. Waited a bit to get food, really crowded spot. Drinks were good, but not for the price.

Chill and kind staff whomdont mind if you camp-but please, tip well. These folks are sweet. Food is yummy, music good. People watching is the thing.

Yes... it is expensive but it worth every cent!!!! I recommend you go there by sunset time.. the view its amazing... food taste good and if you are cold they have blankets that you can put on... really good!
