The worst thing about the trip is you had the book your time in for the pool and you're allowed an hour and a half a full-time per day would never have booked here to begin with

Walked up and down the mountain a couple times practicing for the Everest challenge great weather
Resort was amazing. Stayed at the Westin hotel and had an amazing time there, definitely recommending to friends and family
I stayed at a cottage with a couple of friends to go snowboarding. The cottage was very clean and spacious and had 8 beds. Ordered in some pizza from close by and stayed 2 nights. The cottage had a sauna and hot tub and was also equipped with TV's and dishwasher and fridges.
Had to revise due to poor customer service...it appears from many other reviews that the new ownership has dropped the ball. It appears they are more focused on profit than customer relations....I guess they do not realize that profit comes from happy customers!
Overal good with many lift chairs. Areas large. Price a bit high without season pass.
A great place to spend some time and relax. A great atmosphere!
Both the ticket line and cafeteria are hopelessly slow. Don't blame the lift bring broken down on them. Otherwise great.
The hills were good despite the warm weather and staff were all very friendly. The chalet area is a little worn, but serves its purpose.
Fun well developed resort area with tones of activities for the entire family!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Mosaic with our three young children. Lots of things to do and great food options.
Great place anytime of the year.
Bike races this weekend!
Always a great time at Blue. Everything is overpriced of course (it's a resort after all), but I do feel they shut the mountain down too easily. Even the slightest of rain they shut down. I feel their should be a 2nd waiver for those who want to ride in a bit of rain and risk it. But then again, it may be to avoid ruining the trails (tires + muddy terrain = dried out ruts). Still a bummer when people drive out from all across Ontario and spend hundreds or even thousands on resorts and rooms to mountain bike, only to find out the hill is shut down.
Edit: I did check the trail reports repeatedly throughout my 3 day stay. I basically lived on the trail report webpage LOL. My review felt harsher than I meant it.
Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing! Definitely going back.
The room was very airy and had tons of space. Unfortunately, there was no duvet/comforter provided for the pull-out couch so we had to use blankets that were quite thin and made sleep slightly uncomfortable. However, the resort was very clean and the staff were extremely hospitable. It also boasted many family/group-friendly activities.
Always fun things to do, but bring a full wallet, its super expensive!
I used to love Blue Mountain, especially the slide rides. Now it's so overcrowded and overpriced I regretted even driving there. And the rides there now are nothing compared to what they had before.
Always a good time in the village. Day time or night time. You'll always have fun.
Great resort, tonnes of fun to always go to. Didn't stay in the resort, just met some friends for some drinks
This place has an amazing village. Tonnes to do there lots of shops and places to eat. If your going to go skiing then head to mont st Louis. Blue charges an arm and a leg for lift tickets and the conditions are usually not good. If your lucky enough, ski either when they first open or when they groom at 4. Otherwise expect to ski in chop
Disappointed with our first visit to the resort. We stayed on the Monday Night Ski & Dine deal and for some reason were not given our ski tickets and dinner voucher upon checkin.
I called customer service and was told to go to guest services for the tickets, which was wrong. Had to go back to the hotel check in, with all of our ski gear to get the tickets. We ended up not getting to the ski slopes until 6:30 because of this. We didn t have the chance to use our dinner voucher (lodge closes at 8) because we wanted to get our skiing in. I called front desk and was told I could use the voucher for the next day, which again was wrong. Ended up going back and forth between the Lodge and Guest services until we just gave up and left.
Rooms were nice, however we had dirty dishes in our dishwasher and did not have a fully equipped kitchen (no pans, had to cook breakfast in the microwave). Underground parking was great. Most employees were very nice, however we were misinformed many times.
I expected better.
It's a very beautiful area, especially during the summer. The trails are very extensive throughout the mountain, and provide great views of the surrounding area.
Had a fantastic time here with friends; the slopes were awesome and the village was beautiful, especially at night when all of the lights were on. I really wanted to try the coaster but it was down when we were there unfortunately. The hotel (Westin) was lovely as well. Overall, would 100% go again!!
Incredible ! That's the one word I would use for my first trip to Blue Mountain. We stayed in the Blue Mountain Inn and everything was great. The room was great (freshly renovated), very clean, brand new t.v., extremely comfortable beds. The outdoor hot tubs (4 total !) are incredible at night with the snow falling, indoor pool and sauna ! The price was fantastic for a ski/hotel package and check in/out was smooth ! The hills are amazing ! They constantly groom them and there is so much to explore. The views are insane. I will 120% be back every year from now on skiing was amazing and the hills were extremely rewarding! Oh and the chili at Rustys is my new go to meal when I go back ! If you love skiing or snowboarding, you gotta check this place !
My family and I have visited this place twice. Once during the hot summer days and once during the colorful fall. Both times we had an amazing time. We stayed in the Weider Lodge hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. Friendly staff and a cozy environment.
Great place to spend the day with family or friends! Big enough to have lot of options for beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers. Of you buy tickets in advance you can save some bucks
I had a great time exploring the resort and even trying my hand at some beginner ski lessons! Really friendly, down-to-earth teachers which made the experience even better. Rentals are somewhat pricey, but I suppose that is to be expected for skiing.
The skiing probably deserves a 5 star but the wait times can sometimes take away from the day. It would probably be best to ski on a week day. The nice thing is, it's open later with night skiing and your pass is 8 hours from when you purchase, not just set times during the day like some resorts
Stayed for a dance competition for two nights. The grandchildren did not want to leave the spacious condo. It's always fun to tour the village.
The ski hill was in great condition, and not to crowded. Friendly staff.
Great ski village. Easy to get around and plenty to do even when the snow is bad. As a non- skier, I really enjoyed the close proximity to the Scenic Caves Nordic Center where I could snowshoe and enjoy the serenity of many trails in the woods while my family got the slopes. Hope we can come back!
Always fun coming here.
Good mix of places to eat. Like that they put in an all day play pass for all amenities, instead of having to pay for each individually.
Got a 4 star instead of 5 because things shut down too early. After 10 nothing to do. Starbucks is even closed have to drive into town to get a coffee.
Kids really enjoyed the resort. Keep the splash pool till last day after checking out from hotel
Decent place, very clean and a lot of room for the group.
Embarc resort. Stayed in the Lodge. Rooms are a nice size with king size
Loved our few days here. Got a play all day pass which was definitely worth the money. The restaurants, shops, and everything else made our days in the village great and would definitely recommend it to others.
Hills were well groomed and one of the better place around GTA
Great time, lineup for rentals took a very long time, get there early or bring your own stuff.
An absolute must, great atmosphere day and night, good selection of shops and restaurants, nice big hotel, attractions for all ages (waterpark, tubing, ridge runner, slopes etc)
Great to go and tour with family. Friends staff everywhere. Parking is usually pretty accessible and close and the walk to and from your car takes you through beautiful lights and fire pits in the winter. It's also wheelchair accessible!
If Skiing on ice is in your future or getting knocked off by an inexperienced skiier is your thing you will love BM.
We did the Ridge Runner rollercoaster. So fun. Pretty affordable.
Great fun! But as expected, not the cheapest place on Earth, but awesome experience.
Amazing place to visit with family and your loved ones. Great scenery along the way as well. Magical place
Very good area for relaxation during Fall. My parents loved this area
Stayed at Embarc Blue mountain. Great facilities, large comfortable rooms, excellent customer service.
Amazing but have to have a more efficient way to go through all those lines. They're not telling people where to go and I had to line up in 3 different lines before getting rentals
It's a lively place with lots of activities around the resort and in the town. The walking trails are very pretty and the views are great. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.
Blue mountain is always fun to visit besides the super expensive little stores and what not. Make sure you wait until it gets dark so you can see the beautiful night sky.
Great ski resort! Went for New Year's this year, the entire village had a super welcoming atmosphere. Although it was pretty commercialized, I still got that ski resort trip feeling. If you're in the area/aren't willing to pay for a more expensive trip (Tremblant, Whistler) I would highly recommend checking it out. The ski hill was serviceable for sure and pretty empty at the time(I did however go on the coldest day of the year, I'm sure that it's usually more busy usually).
Blue mountain resort was a great stay at the Grand Georgian, the staff was helpful and the room very accommodating. The village was a great time as well, the food choices available were numerous, if you don't mind the crowds and the wait.
If anyone wants full enjoyment go there early in morning
I wouldn't say it's worth the price, but if you're looking for consistency this is definitely the go to place.
I would love to come again.just not on a long weekend.busy
Gorgeous rooms, and the best shower I ever had in any hotel or motel.
Great resort with varied trails but a subpar terrain park. The park is in the worst possible location on the mountain. The South is the last area to fill with snow, the first to melt, and due to high winds it's always icy.
It's not like a hotel, no drive way and no bellboy help you to unload your luggage, all self served. No place for breakfast inside the hotel. Got two bedroom for a reasonable price though.
Great amenities. Good slopes. Just wish the line for a lift ticket wasn't so long.
i have season pass and i always go there. very fun with friends and family and all the staff are really nice as well
For Ontario.. Best. Hills. Ever. Engaged caring staff.
overcrowded on the weekend and price just go up every year for the lift ticket that it has become an expensive activity unless you get a double down ticket. Just go on the weekdays and you will probably have a better time than waiting for the lifts.
This place is so chic! I love all the shops in the village. It was so clean and very nicely decorated around the winter season. I will definitely be coming back
Good site for a short trip. One can feel the altitude!
Very nice hotel close to village Which has lots of activities going on all the time
I have never stayed in a room there but I go for the mountain biking.
I can't say enough good things about going t o blue mountain there is literally something for everyone.
My only recommendation would be for a large pool deep enough to dive I. And big enough for the crowds, it can get very hot and an on site oil down would be beneficial t the park aswell as maybe a close by movie theater .
Real beautiful location. We cant wait yo go back. Lots of things for children to do.
I gave this place 4 stars. This is due to the staff being so helpful and kind and all the amazing things you can do here.
Came here in the summer not knowing what to expect, to my surprise they have lots do in the summer. They are packed in the winter and summer.
It was such an amazing place with lots of beautiful things to see and fun things to do.
Great place to go with family. Lots of activities for every age. It rained and thundered and we has to stop the activity we were doing but staff were great explaining why and had gave us complimentary tickets to do it again! Thanks for a fun family experience.
A beautiful resort, beautiful hotel rooms overrviewing a small pond with many restaurant selections in walking distance, and many shopping options as well. Very clean all around
I actually have never been there before but I have a realitive who has so I was told that Blue Moutain has so many things to do like games, zip lining, challenges, rock climbing and lots more. As I was told it can get you to be an out doors person on how good the experience is.
In the fall, the colours and views cannot be beat. Unfortunately, the weather doesn't always cooperate for taking advantage of activities at the resort.
Played tennis at the facility in the village. We'll maintained courts and fair prices.
Hills range from all skier/snowboarders skill levels and is the best resort in Ontario to go skiing, would definitely go again.
I had a lovely stay. The resort always feels homey.
We didn't stay for the night but we spent the day, and the resort is beautiful. We wrote the roller coaster and it was amazing, a hundred percent I would do it again!
