Just minutes away from Collingwood which is helpful if you forget something at home. The resort was beautiful and it was so relaxing. I loved it. I felt like I was in a whole other country. A nice getaway from the city. Will definitely be back!

First time coming uo to Blue Mountain and it won't be the last! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Atmonspear is relaxed and everyone is east to talk too. Nice having a village if you forget anything they have it all!
I went to Blue Mountain Resort with my family for a day trip. The rides were really cool and fun, not worth the 16 dollars a ride though. Food and drinks were also very very expensive. Overall it was a very fun day, just very expensive.
Good range of slopes and facilities. Terrible queues for tickets, guest services and rentals during peak holiday times; they could do a better job of planning to deal with the inevitable crowds.
Absolutely amazing to be able to enjoy such a wonderful place! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We cannot wait to return and enjoy anything you have to offer us! Please welcome us back. We would love to explore more and let our friends know of everything you have to offer.!
At the South base lodge, one of the Kitchen staff named Tom used a dirty counter wiping rag to wipe mayo off of my chicken burger when I requested it on the side.
When i told them they couldn't do that they rolled their eyes at me like i was being unreasonable and mouthed "F*** him" to eachother.
I would be very wary of any food made here, especially if its made by Tom. In addition, the customer service at blue mountain in general is atrocious.
I will be considering taking this story to health and safety canada.
I would recommend skiing mid week as it was not very busy and we spent little time wait at lifts however if you are renting equipment I would recommend renting at one of the rental shops before you get to Blue as it took us over 2.5 hours to get equipment. Blue should really consider having multiple rental locations on the mountain to speed up the process and improve customer experience.
We stayed in the Mosaic resort- which was great. There was a group of us who traveled to blue for downhill mtb lessons. The first day it rained so it pushed the biking back and instead we decided to try out the roller coaster and zip line and go for a hike. The ticket area was extremely inefficient. With hardly anyone in line we waited approximately 20 minutes because they only had two people working the booths. Eventually we were able to purchase tickets for the rides. The following day we did the downhill. The instructor we had - Rory- was AMAZING. bUT getting signed up, the lift ticket, the waiver completed on tablets that froze and didn't work, and the park pass was a HUGE ordeal and took a half an hour. The staff were great and I felt bad that they were so poorly equipped with terrible and inefficient technology and processes for one simple thing-to easily have someone pay for a pre booked downhill lesson and rental. Good on you guys Blue employees, your company needs to support you better.
Room 404 view of roof top, hot tubs and mountain. Small room with 2 double beds. Clean, small wine fridge with no wine. Standard TV with no movies to purchase or streaming capability. Small bathroom with shower only. Was there in off season,so pretty quiet with the exception of the snow machines blowing on the mountain. (Almost ski season). Internet has a daily 9.99 charge wish is just dumb. 7 min walk to village. Outdoor parking available. Overall.... Meh.
Beautiful place, the Grand Georgian is where I stayed and you could ski off the hills right to the hotel pretty much! Was an amazing getaway for a great price!
Rentals are great... If you have non-wide feet. My feet dont do well with the rentals. With normal shoes with less padding i can tell the shoe doesnt fit immediately, but the padding makes the situation worse as i couldnt tell until i was skiing for some time. Additionally, there are no half sizes so its hard to find the right size.
Westin Trillium has the best beds...they are so comfortable and they give your lots of pillows too. They have beautiful spacious rooms and their washrooms have a great shower head for a wonderful way to start your day.
Many activities for all ages, mountain biking was awesome, zipline was great, mountain coaster was good, even mini golf was enjoyable. Nice village atmosphere with plenty of dining and entertainment options.
Gifted with the most beautiful and scenic vistas in Ontario, this mountain resort community is the ideal destination for skiing and snowboarding. Their comprehensive beginner program allows novices to either sport to progress with expert instruction at their own pace. The village of high end hotels and diverse restaurants and bars provides wonderful apres ski options including cocktail bars, fast food and elegant dining worthy of any big city. The mountain runs are diverse and include beginner green, blue and several double black diamond runs. Service from the rentals to the generous and friendly instructors is first rate, supportive and focused on customer service. From full service rental packages to stores catering to expert supplies, every level of experience can find value and quality in gear and experience. For non skiers there is the indoor/outdoor all year aquatic center, tubing, skating and the nearby town of Collingwood for more. Overall, a first class resort village with the great natural beauty of the escarpment and a dedicated team who love the winter sports they teach.
