The Company I work for has had HUGE problems with customer service and tech support. We have called and left SEVERAL messages with them and NEVER received a return call. They offer a so called 5 year warranty... the signs don't work 3 months after receiving them. Never will we buy from the again.. if you want quality.... Spend the extra cash and get a Daktronics sign!!!!!!!!
We put a deposit on a sign from them in November and when we call to find out when it will be delivered no one would answer the phones. We can a couple contacts we had in the buffalo area an d found out they closed 5 days after we gave them a deposit. What a bunch of thieves. Lucky we put the deposit on a credit card and they are taking care of it. Stay away from these guys
Purchased a 10mm LED digital message center from this company July 2013 for $29,000 and it has never worked since the day it was installed. There is a serious issue with the technology and engineering of this sign. The color balancing is horrible, sometimes the blues looks pink and the yellows look green. Sometimes the LEDs don't light up at all, the quality is embarrassing and detrimental to my business image. I've called, emailed, and sent letters to the company's owner for nearly 9 months requesting service work and the sign still doesn't work. I am terribly disappointed in the quality of this sign and wish I hadn't purchased it.
