I suppose it's the best slopes you could get in Ontario. However I'm becoming increasingly disappointed with ever increasing price of lift tickets. It's becoming too expensive for the quantity and quality of sking available

Great but prices have been skyrocketing over the last 2-5 years...too little competition and large enough pool of one-time visitors likely the cause. Same owners as Mount Tremblant and part of North American price-fixing agreement among major resort owners.

A very nice resort with a lot of fun and adventurous activities.
1. Mountain coaster was very thrilling. Zip liner was not that great, may be it was too short.
2. Most of the rides need running shoes. Our group couldn't enjoy all the rides as some of us were in our flip flops and sandals. Ensure you were proper shoes.
3. Staff were very friendly.
4. If you go as early as you can in the morning the wait time would be less, otherwise you'll end up waiting forever for every ride.
4. They're ice creams wee amazing. Coconut flavor was too good and for a very reasonable price.

Visited Blue Mountain Resort while on a weekend getaway with my husband. We stayed at another location but we're scoping out the properties closer to the Village for a future trip with the kids. Great location.

Great adventurous place. With ice cream, lots of food restaurants, clothing, hotel space, little boutiques. Busy place with hundreds of people. Also if your kids love Pokemon go, its the place to be!

I did not stay at the resort but went skiing on the slopes. Check in was done well and staff were friendly and helpful in getting things arranged. The conditions of the lifts were good and the slopes were well groomed. These are not steep mountains but perfect for families and beginners to intermediate skill levels.

Plenty of shops to buy from or even to look around when you have some free time. Plenty of restaurants to eat at. Social activities other than the usual skiing and snowboarding. Stuff the whole family can do. People who work here are friendly. Absolutely beautiful view.

My partner and I stayed at the Blue Mountain Resort from Aug 1st to August 3rd in the Weider Lodge, where we were looking forward to getting away from the city for the long weekend.

Our trip started off well on the Saturday where we enjoyed nice dining, weather and atmosphere around the village. We were also impressed with how the resort was handling the current COVID pandemic. They were very organized throughout the village where restrictions, arrows, rules and policies were set in place to help keep their customers safe.

Unfortunately, on Sunday, our trip took a turn. We were looking forward to a nice fancy dinner at Oliver and Bonacini's at the Westin Lodge. Once we arrived for our reservation at 8:30pm, we were met with a power outage. This not only affected the restaurant, but the entire resort. We were unable to eat anywhere or even order in as we had no electricity anywhere. We had to traverse through the rain storm and drive into town to a local bar to eat something. NOT the way we were hoping for the romantic night to go.

We were expecting the resort to compensate us at least a little for the ruined night we had but we were disappointed with the reply back we received from their loyalty department. I am very aware that they are unable to control mother nature, but this does not excuse the fact our night was derailed and we had to leave the resort. Due to the unfortunate events, I was expecting a resort like Blue Mountain to go above and beyond with their customer service and compensate us with at least something. I was extremely disappointed with their response, where they proceeded to explain that the issues were fixed in 2 hours. Congratulations to Hydro one, but our night was a write off at that point. Not to mention...these resorts should really have a back-up generator in times like that.

My partner and I will be looking at other options in the area next time we decide to travel in that area (air b and b/cottage and chalet rentals).

Fantastic place to getaway with family or a group. Best skiing/snowboarding in this this part of Ontario. The best part about Blue isn't the skiing itself but the village. Tons of great restaurants, bars, and shops. Best atmosphere of any ski hill I've been to. Lots of great accommodation options in the area within walking distance. Even though Tremblant has better skiing, I prefer Blue overall.

Blue mountain is a great place to go skiing although the prices aren't what is advertised. Arrived to ski to find "peek pricing" had to pay an extra $10 dollars on top of the $70 +HST.

Hotel was good. Hot jacuzzy in snow was good. Restaurants were good. Ski instructors were good. Slopes were beautiful. The rentals place was straightfoward and fast. Guest services were terrible they swindled me out of 38$ fo no reason and there's nothing to be done about it. Nobody's responsible.

Depends on what you re looking for but the resort itself is geared for learners. Very little vertical and the runs somehow make it seem like there is less vertical than there actually is. The sheer number of people that are crammed onto the slope (27k/hr uphill capacity) pretty much guarantees the snow is not going to be good. Feels very commercial. I would save all my ski dollars and go east to somewhere in Quebec. Many of the southern Laurentians hills would be a better bet. If you must go here, keep an open mind.

Stayed at the Weider Lodge. The room was extremely comfortable, clean, large size, amazing view. The blue mountain village was well decorated and all amenities conveniently located. Would definitely come back!

This is my 5th year going to Blue, first time reviewing the resort. In the 5 years, i have to say, the conditions have been getting worse, more ice than powder. Prices have also risen. Still a decent place to ride.

We love Blue Mountain -- skiing is great, especially if you can get out early while it's quieter. By mid-afternoon you start getting moguls and icy patches on the busier trails near the village, which are not there earlier in the day. Seriously, just avoid Happy Valley -- it's a terrifying mix of beginners and experts coming down from the North trails and always PACKED. The South and North ends of the hill are almost always quiet(er) though. LOVE the Orchard area and especially Southern Cross -- it reminds me of the long, winding green trails that you get out west.

My two kids (age 6 and 8, who are beginner/intermediate skiers) did a private lesson with Joel this week and they said it was their favourite part of the entire trip -- he took them all the places that I'm too chicken to take them. :)

As far as non-skiing things, we did Crock-a-Doodle this trip, which we all enjoyed. It's a bit pricy ($20-30 for most pieces like mugs, plates, animals, etc.), but not out of line with other paint your own pottery places. We also did the Woodview Mountaintop Skating and it was AMAZING. Loved the trail and the view. The staff working the trail were also incredibly friendly and joked around with the kids. Bring your own skates if you have them. And Kaytoo for all you can eat (which is really only one serving, honestly) perogies on Tuesdays!

Once again, Mosaic was wonderful for lodging. The kids spent hours in the outdoor pool, despite the -10 degree weather! Clean room and friendly staff!

Thanks, Blue! We'll be back!

Very very poor service. Tickets go up $10 every day without warning, exceeding posted costs on the internet. Staff was much nicer when snow was scarce. Now, they feel they have a licence to be rude. The lineup at the Guest Services to log complaints was probably 100 people long....

$85 + tax to get in line for a tiny slope? No 4 hr pass anymore? No thanks. I'd rather crawl to B.C. for one run than sign up for that nonsense again. You're missing a big chunk of business demanding $400 for a family of 4 to slide down your molehill.

All in all it's a very wonderful stay in Blue Mountain Resort. The package we paid was worth it. From the time we called and booked we are accomodated so well. We came earlier on the day of our check in (which is Monday, July 20) because we wanted to avail the first day of our 2 days-Day pass. Since check in time is at 4 pm, we already set our minds that we will just do the activities and get into the rooms later. Happy to say that we didn't have to wait coz after a few minutes they called and informed us that the room is ready and it was upgraded to a one bedroom with full kitchen (we are booked for a bachelor with full kitchen). Our room is nice and clean. Everything was organize. All the activities they have in the resort is fun, though some are close due to covid it's still ok. Staff and crew are all nice and friendly. It's my first time to ride the gondola, scary at first but it's a good experience. When you see the view up there, it's worth the scary ride for me. I tried the ridge runner, I hesitated to do it because I will be by myself in a like roller coaster ride, but a good try. I also did the 18 hole golf with my kids, I scored last. There's a lot of restaurants around. We tried the poutine and it's good. The Kikaku Sushi is great. There's a Firehall Pizza. We tried it but fair enough, not as good as Pizza hut. As always, Beavertails is always good. The hotel we stayed inside the resort has a mountain view. It has a swimming pool that we need to book for an appointment to avoid crowding which is good, of course because of covid precautions. Internet is fast enough for you to watch a Netflix movie during our relaxing time at night. We had a wonderful time at Blue Mountain Resorts. Looking forward to be here again next summer.

We always have a great time when we stay here. This weekend I was at a triathlon training camp and brought the whole family. We enjoyed a suite on the golf course and the kids loved running around the golf course and watching the golfers. The village was close enough and we had a good time there too.

I m docking them one star for making us wait for our suite and not contacting us when itwas ready. Just a little irritating when you have two toddlers but otherwise everything was perfect.

Top notch skiing in Ontario. Numerous runs open (many offer night skiing opportunities) with all difficulty levels and 6 seater high speed chair lifts really move through the crowds. Central to the hill is Blue Mountain Village with all the ski resort amenities you'd expect like bars, restaurants, retail, accommodations after a full day of skiing. From tots to adults, this is a great weekend getaway for the family!

The resort itself is very nice with lots of different shops and things to do. However, customer service here NEEDS to be improved. Before arriving I called their customer service line to ask some questions and i was left on hold for 40 mins before I was hung up on without speaking to anyone. Also when I arrived, there is no one working anywhere it seemed to ask where to park or where certain attractions are. A customer information both at the entrance was closed and I had to eventually find someone working as a custodian to ask where things were. The mountaintop skating needs a larger changing room for skates and the parking lots should be a lot larger, parking is a nightmare. My experience here was fun but I dont think I will be coming back because it is too busy with literally no help from their staff

We visited Blue Mountain last week for our 4 year anniversary and had a wonderful time!! Jill at the Grand Georgian front check in desk was SO helpful which made our stay that much better! We will definitely be back :)!

Wonderful ski resort! The premiere ski destination in Ontario for a reason. Great runs, some of the longest you will find in Ontario, enough lodges to get lost. Quaint little village, reminiscent of other popular ski resorts around the world. Everything is priced about 30% more than you would find it anywhere else, food included. Look for double down passes or 5x7 passes to make this skiing experience a lot more reasonable. Lots of accommodations onsite but beware, you may end up paying 5 star prices for 3 star quality.

Ontario's number 1 ski resort, always a great experience whether just up for the day or staying at one of the exquisite hotels in the village. Food and nightlife are every bit as good as what you will find in downtown Toronto.

Blue mountain is always one of my favorite places. My family and I like to walk the village with our dogs, ski & snowboard the trails, and enjoy some of the many shops and restaurants. There is no shortage of fun in the village and Id suggest everyone enjoy a stay here.

Very busy on wkends as all the Toronto crowd come up to get their ski/snowboard fix in. Parking is a premium and I have seen fights break out almost as bad as parking at Costco.

The village is a lot smaller than Whistler but still a great place to stay for a wkend or longer.

Good resort. Ski lifts line ups were not very organized. Lack of parking spaces. Lack of skiing equipment rentals during busy season. Had a great time on the hill and night ski was very nice.

I love it at Blue, I was there in the off season, the hill isn't open yet but it will soon I think. Stayed at the Westin, awesome hotel, the people are friendly, the town is nice. There's a lot of nice little shops and restaurants at the base of Blue Mountain, lots to do in both the Winter and Summer months. If you've only been in the Winter, you should check it out in the Summer, if you've only been in the Summer, you should check it out in the Winter. Even if you're not a skier/snowboarder, it's still a lot of fun in the cold months. It's like a mini version of Mt. Tremblant, a great little getaway.

Lots to do during the summer at Blue Mountain. The area is great for road and gravel cycling, and there are plenty of trails for hiking in the mountain. The food outlets are a little overpriced ("resort prices") but there are lots of alternatives in nearby Collingwood and Thornbury. Take an evening stroll around Mill Pond after dinner.
