I don t know what s more terrifying. The food that is served by the restaurant or the folks that think it s the best food they ve ever had. If that s the case, I better open my own restaurant and serve expired dog and cat food because even that taste better than anything served by this restaurant. Sounds like a good business opportunity.

Loved this place! Service was friendly and very quick. We went for lunch at 2 and got seated right away and a ton of people were at the restaurant. Food and drinks were delicious. Location was great with movie theater and downtown attractions nearby.

Get to EGF every two or three years (from Louisiana) and can't wait to get here to satisfy my craving for walleye. Blue Moose has the best pan fried walleye I have ever eaten. Wife and I will go at least once a day for the four days we're here.

The Blue Moose is a great restaurant at any time of the day or anytime of the year. The deck is a great place to enjoy the warm weather and during the winter the fireplace near the bar is cozy. The breakfast menu is extensive along with the lunch and dinner menus. The full service bar has multiple tap beers and fully trained bartenders can take care of your drink needs.

Will miss the staff, the beer selection, and the food choices at the Moose. Has been a must stop the past eight years as we ve followed our two daughters time at the University of North Dakota.

My wife and I go here often for dinner. They have great food and a welcoming atmosphere. Pretty decent craft beer selection too!

Me and my boyfriend just went to the blue moose, as it s one of our favorite restaurants and we go there for every occasion. We both ordered a burger and split them with each other. Just as my boyfriend was finishing his burger he bit into a plastic bread tie! We told the waitress as soon as possible but all she said was at least it wasn t a hair . We get it things happen, but when we asked if we could get anything taken off the bill, since the burger was basically gone when we had found it and he still had my half of the burger to eat and we were pretty full, the manager said he wouldn t be able to do much because the burger had been eaten. I guess my boyfriend started eating on the wrong side. I am very VERY unimpressed by the situation and how we were treated. The blue moose has lost pretty regular customers as We will NOT be going back. And I will be sure to let all my friends and family know about the situation. I would give this 0 stars but I have to put one so I can post this to share with you all.

Service was great couldnt ask for better service but food well it didnt taste right and didnt sit right burger wasnt cooked all the way soggy bun and meat must of missed inspection because me and my boyfriend ordered burgers and we developed sickness that same day wouldnt recommed the burgers there but maybe other things are good

Child friendly setting with American fare. Not a good choice for those with dietary restrictions, vegetarians, or vegans. Friendly active atmosphere with space for large groups. Plenty of decorations.

Great food and atmosphere. One of the best restaurants in town. The sweet potato fries here are the best. Also, recommend the walleye sandwich and Philly. Recommend to anyone visiting and it is very family friendly.

I didn't care for my dinner at the Blue Moose, they were busy so the servi e was poor, I don't think that I will be going back there.

Good service, good food and definitely a nice staple of the Grand Forks area. The food is all very good, with a huge amount of various platters from seafood to New York strips, the food always tastes amazing with awesome staff.

The Blue Moose has a great beer selection and a really good menu. Whether ordering a burger, entree, or just a few items from the small plates, you won't be disappointed. I would suggest going before 5:00 pm. on Fridays and Saturdays though, otherwise there will be a wait at the door.

What a neat place. This is a local restaurant done right! If I lived here, it would be a haunt for me. Service was good, lunch was great. In a really pretty area of North Dakota.

The Moose is one of my favorite places in GF. Been going there since college... before they moved the building... heck, before it was even the Moose. No trip back to GF is complete without a bowl of French Onion soup.

Food was really good! There are different things to chose from. Place is pretty popular so there was a little bit of a wait time, not more than 15 minutes. Over great party place.

Of note, the Blue Moose has 40 draft beers available, ranging from local selections, and more distant craft brews. There were a variety of styles, and I didn't have a disappointing beer once!

The food ranges from sandwiches to full entrees, with a variety of regional and local appetizers, along with some standards. I've tried the pan-fried Walleye and the Seared Salmon here - both excellent! The appetizers were great, too.

The patio and general atmosphere were great - a very rustic feel. When the weather is nice, the patio is the way to go!

Service was overall pretty good, though during rush times it can slow down (so order your beers in advance of finishing your current one!)

A nice cozy restaurant and is fairly good but a bit pricey!

Really slow service. Had to wait about 1 hour just for my food to arrive. Would not recommend. Chicken was really cold when it arrived.

Went for lunch and had a delicious burger. My friend s burger came out undercooked and they promptly remade his food as well as giving us a free dessert for our troubles. Outstanding customer service!

Always a good gathering spot when coming home for Christmas. Good beer selection and a variety of food. Good in the summer too on the patio. Jamie O is the best server in the place!
