I would not trust the 5 * reviews of people with only one review, these are definitely bots. That aside, here the review:
What an oblique practice. First delivery with welcome package has not been. I had it as a surprise for my girlfriend but unfortunately. No idea where the delivery went, but not with us, Bloomon did not know either. Calling is not possible, always when I try it is not included. No matter what time of the day. Then via the mail. The delivery could not be delivered, only the week after.
A week later finally comes the delivery: without a welcome package ... What a hell, again in conversation with the unfriendly, unreachable customer service. My subscription has been canceled and I advise everyone to stay far away from Bloomon.

Received a beautiful bouquet from Bloomon via an interior architect friend. Innovatively packaged, gorgeous variety of flowers in pink & purple tones. Will definitely use in the future for sending a thank you gift.

Just joined. 1st bunch totally nice. Then look forward to the 2nd time that would be delivered. And then no forest was delivered at all while it was planned. Especially for staying at home also .. I want to append Bloomon to indicate this, the app service appears to be no longer active, while this is on their site. Mail sent, get an answer 2 days later. Just the delivery person has not been and get money back. It all feels very chaotic ... Bale of this. So looked forward to the new forest ..

I ordered my first bunch of flowers from Bloomon because of the attractive promotion, where you would receive a vase and Rituals fragrance sticks for free. The flowers were delivered on time, but without scent sticks and vase, which I only received after 2 weeks. However, after 1.5 weeks I received a bunch of flowers, for which I had to pay. Apparently you're tied to a subscription at Bloomon. To the best of my knowledge, this is nowhere clearly stated anywhere. Very misleading.

When I called about this and indicated that no vase for the flowers had been delivered after 1.5 weeks, this was resolved with a fee of a free bunch of flowers. Because of this I did not have to pay an extra bouquet. Really neatly arranged.
No comments on the flowers. They are really beautiful.

Super happy with my flowers. Always super fresh and a hugely varied forest. They are always super long, most flowers 2 weeks and some flowers up to 3 weeks.

Received a code from this company via a magazine, ordered flowers plus a free vase of scissors for 19.95.
Two weeks later an email that we get flowers again, thought it was from my son, (his
car repaired) two days before delivery of the flowers
an email that the payment by me !! failed. immediately called, I seem to have taken out a subscription and given permission for a direct debit. I think I can not because I paid with PAY PAL, passed on the phone that I do not pay anything
Bloomon continues to bother me.
First, I realize, without realizing it, that I have taken out a subscription, after I activated a receipt.
2 weeks later an email that I was unable to withdraw money from my account via PayPal. To make a long story short, My account
has been waived after complaining.

New update of Bloomon's stalkers.
2 weeks later now suddenly withdrawn from my PayPal account again, my membership has not yet been canceled, although this is alleged in the response of Bloomon to my previous negative reviews and a confirmation email.
I seem to be stalked by this company, or their administration is a mess.
Anyway, they don't get money from me.
for the flowers they send, after consultation in the background my account has been closed and the flowers are not coming.
So there appears to be a hidden permission for an account with a new bunch for 19.95 every 2 weeks with an order, amateurish behavior.

I love to always have a nice bunch on the table and can usually stand for 2 weeks.

Beautiful bunches of flowers! I love the huge variety and am always surprised when I receive a bunch. Wonderful that it is delivered at home, as if you get a present every time.
The flowers are very long. If you take out the flowers that are a bit shorter, you can enjoy them for up to four weeks. That is why I have a subscription of once every 4 weeks. (maybe for five years already)
On the site you can easily indicate if you want to change a week, during holidays or if you receive a forest just before a birthday.

Scam.

Especially not to register, they count on the fact that people do not notice that they subscribe to a subscription and that bouquets will be delivered every two weeks and therefore billed. Too bad because apart from that the bouquets are very good.

After more than 4 years I am still so happy with each flower delivery! Beautiful flowers and colours that brighten up my day. And my home :) As soon as I receive the new flowers after two weeks, I re-arrange the old flowers that are still good in a smaller vase. Twice the fun!

I am always very happy when the delivery person comes! Often there are even flowers that last even longer after the 2 weeks are up. Keep it up!

Bloomon's recently delivered bunch of flowers was really special: beautiful colors, super flowers. I keep them very well by changing the water every two days. They are in a different place in the morning than in the evening, because of the sunlight. They may not really be in the sun, because that is not good for flowers, they hang etc. And after a while I make small bushes. I am really a flower freak. The most beautiful gift, except for a book. Since we received a beautiful medium bunch of flowers from our daughter every month for a year, we have become so used to the wonderful scented presence of these beautiful flowers that we now order these bunches in large every 3 weeks, and these are large but even more beautiful.

Delivery is always within the agreed time, at least 2 weeks of pleasure from your bunch of flowers and a discount when purchasing a strip card. The bunch also always consists more of flowers than of green fill. Overall good value for money!

Very bad experience with a bouquet of dried flowers that I received from a dear friend. She ordered the flower gram floral resort and I got it delivered today. The roses and a purple flower were none of that left. May happen by transportation perhaps.
Contacted customer service. Got the message that they were not going to do anything about it, because they always put more flowers in the bouquet for this reason. Kul, because the bouquet is no bigger than the image on the website and this is not mentioned anywhere. Which would be nice to your customers if this is a known risk. Now you pay for a bouquet that you only partially receive. Totally customer unfriendly. Even if you think along, for example by returning the entire bouquet and having it sent to you again, or resending the broken flowers separately. They didn't want to participate in anything.
Very bad, never order anything here again.

Update: also posted a review via Facebook and then I received a quick answer. Response is that the above is the policy, but I still receive a new one. This is neatly resolved.

Beautiful flowers that are so fresh that they still have to open at your home. The entire process of unfolding flowers and leaves is fascinating to follow.

I'm definitely a Bloomon fan. The forests are really amazing and will last for a long time. Everyone who sees them does give compliments so it certainly stands out. It is a shame that I find it too expensive to give this to myself every 2 weeks, but otherwise I knew it.

BEWARE, THESE ARE POSTERS! Twice flowers ordered at two different addresses and both times they have not fulfilled their promise. First time they called with the announcement that there was something "wrong" at the supplier and therefore could only be delivered the next day. Second time I called and they spoke my voicemail to announce that they have forgotten the card, so it would be delivered 2 to 3 days later. Yeah right. They do not kick in anymore, ladies of the call center who call everyone off with an excuse. Do not be tempted by their website. Bunch of money wolves. Bah.
