I ordered my first bunch of flowers from Bloomon because of the attractive promotion, where you would receive a vase and Rituals fragrance sticks for free. The flowers were delivered on time, but without scent sticks and vase, which I only received after 2 weeks. However, after 1.5 weeks I received a bunch of flowers, for which I had to pay. Apparently you're tied to a subscription at Bloomon. To the best of my knowledge, this is nowhere clearly stated anywhere. Very misleading.

When I called about this and indicated that no vase for the flowers had been delivered after 1.5 weeks, this was resolved with a fee of a free bunch of flowers. Because of this I did not have to pay an extra bouquet. Really neatly arranged.
No comments on the flowers. They are really beautiful.
