I would not trust the 5 * reviews of people with only one review, these are definitely bots. That aside, here the review:
What an oblique practice. First delivery with welcome package has not been. I had it as a surprise for my girlfriend but unfortunately. No idea where the delivery went, but not with us, Bloomon did not know either. Calling is not possible, always when I try it is not included. No matter what time of the day. Then via the mail. The delivery could not be delivered, only the week after.
A week later finally comes the delivery: without a welcome package ... What a hell, again in conversation with the unfriendly, unreachable customer service. My subscription has been canceled and I advise everyone to stay far away from Bloomon.
