Very bad experience with a bouquet of dried flowers that I received from a dear friend. She ordered the flower gram floral resort and I got it delivered today. The roses and a purple flower were none of that left. May happen by transportation perhaps.
Contacted customer service. Got the message that they were not going to do anything about it, because they always put more flowers in the bouquet for this reason. Kul, because the bouquet is no bigger than the image on the website and this is not mentioned anywhere. Which would be nice to your customers if this is a known risk. Now you pay for a bouquet that you only partially receive. Totally customer unfriendly. Even if you think along, for example by returning the entire bouquet and having it sent to you again, or resending the broken flowers separately. They didn't want to participate in anything.
Very bad, never order anything here again.

Update: also posted a review via Facebook and then I received a quick answer. Response is that the above is the policy, but I still receive a new one. This is neatly resolved.
