Bloomon's concept is brilliant. The flowers are really good too. Stay good for 3 weeks in most cases.

But after the last 4 orders, things went wrong. Delivery did not go well. Communication with people internally is really at a low level. The company will really have to develop further in this area.
At least I know enough for now. I will pick my "bloomon" myself or order it elsewhere.
