What should have been a nice surprise was a serious disillusion. The bouquet I thought I ordered did not seem to be delivered at all. The dried flowers had fallen off and the piece of straw was so much straw that it could be thrown away right away. So very poor delivery.

It seems very kind from your company to respond to my review. However, we are now at least 10 mails further and now you ask, after I have already sent photos, again and again another photo from a different perspective. This is not like customer service or taking a customer seriously. I experience your company as very negative. Unfortunately no 0 can be given. Otherwise I wouldn't even have given you the 1 after this "service ???". Unfortunately!!!!!! Bloomon. It's not about the price, but the way you treat customers is below all service.
