I also shopped Majorica for pearl earrings for my grandmother and the ladies there are so nice and helpful and they just are sonwell out together.

Clean very helpful not rude and you can find basic to very custom products for make up and also clothing thought out , makeup artist always helping and showing the latest in products.

Staff wasn't friendly at all on tne 5th floor. Discouraged me from making a purchase.

A must see for tourist and your go-to destination for New Yorkers. It's a one stop shop for all of your boutique or basic clothing needs. The sales associates are typically very helpful and there is a wider variety and stock of products than other locations.

If you are looking for better quality product and clothing come here. They usually have great sales as well.

Customer service here was excellent as expected of Bloomingdale's! Reps are extremely helpful while giving you your space if they sense you are not in need of assistance. One of the hardest things to gauge in customer service and they nail it! Great experience, 10/10 will be back!

Very nice and clean establishment with a great floor layout. If you are a person of color like me, you might get followed or stared at for a minute but if you ask questions to the employees about what it is that you're looking for or the type of merchandise that close to what you may be trying to find, they will provide excellent service and assistance. They might even let you shop in peace afterwards. Lol.. #SadButTrue
Great place none the less.

It has Magnolia Bakery, the best place for banana pudding, and Forty-Carrots for frozen yogurt. If you're in NYC for the holidays, the window displays are a special treat.

I had a hard time getting furniture delivered quickly in Manhattan. Daniel Costanza went out of his way to help me find chairs that were in stock. Less than 48 hours later they arrived at my apartment as promised. Bloomingdale's actually has a great selection of quality furniture. If you want stellar service too, ask for Daniel. He is the one who looks like a 80's rock n roll star.

Designer apartment store...what more to say, we window shopped as was very ecpensive

The selection is vast, but the staff is not too helpful overall. When asking for help looking for an item, I've noticed that the staff doesn't point out specific options, but points you in a general direction. The flatware area of the store was totally disheveled when I was there, making it really difficult to shop.

Beautiful store of recognized brands but very expensive everything!

I made a large Bloomingdales purchase during one their bigger loyalist promotions and earned a pretty significant rewards card... fast forward a couple months and I go to use it only to find out it was somehow virtually stolen from my account and redeemed in ATLANTA GA when I live in NY.... had to wait 30 min to talk to the the fraud department who couldn t tell me even ballpark when they would be able to complete their jnvestigation and couldn t confirm that I ll get those rewards back. fingers crossed for all loyal customers that Bloomingdales will honor stolen credit... in this digital age where account security is still not guaranteed, that s an essential part of good customer service, which is what Bloomingdales built its reputation on.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Laziest staff I have ever delt with. They go out of their way just to not help customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. Ordered shoes 3 weeks again and they have still not arrived.

An excellent department store. Located slighted away from the shopping areas of 5th Avenue and Madison. This is a really great store. It has even got its own subway access on the lower level of the men s department. That department is a great to place to shop for both casual and formal wear. The casual area is great. Collections from designers from all over. Well worth a visit for any man with a few hours to pass and browse.

Honestly don't even remember being here but I'll give them the benefit if the doubt. Tie goes to the runner here, boys.

Horrible customer service. My husband ordered me a David yurman ring from this bloomingdales in The beginning of June for our anniversary. They didnt have it in my size so she put in an order and told me it would take a week. Well when the ring came into the store no one attached the order form to it and they sold it, which basically ruined my anniversary. So they reordered the ring for me and told me they would ship it to my house. After 2 months of phone calls and getting a load of bogus excuses my husband called and cancelled the order. It has now been another almost 3 weeks and they still have not returned my money!!! It's the most ridiculous thing I have ever gone through with a department store! It's now 3 month since the initial order and I have no ring and no return of my money! NEVER doing business with this bloomingdales again, and I do mean NEVER!

If you get hungry & craving something sweet there's magnolia bakery, if your in the mood for something savory there's a french restaurant (with a cool vintage train cart theme) and a small shop selling sandwiches.

The complex contains most of the international brands of clothes and accessories .. It has approximately 6 floors

Landmark department store, but expensive. And some of the clothes are too "high fashion" for my taste. I prefer Century 21 for better deals on the same stuff.

Racist salesmen. I'll start by saying that bloomingdales has been one of my favorite department stores. However, today I was browsing for shoes in the men's Ferragamo section, and right in the middle of the sales floor, two of the salesmen were talking about how racist they were and how they used derogatory terms against Asians and African Americans. They would then tell each other the terms they used in effort to one-up how racist they were. Mind you, the Ferragamo shoe section is relatively small and there were customers in there who could hear them, including Asians. Honestly it was the most shocking and unprofessional retail experience I have ever encountered.

We just want to say that there is a sales person her name is London but she s absolutely rude disrespectful and inconsiderate.

My favorite department store!! And in Christmas is the best place to shop and have fun! Employees are amazing. Rachely at Kiel s she is the best always know what recommend to you! Yessica on the second floor at GLOWHAUS she is amazing and knowledgeable too! She knows about make up a lot and skin care. Love love this store.

High-end brand shopping malls, the latest models can be ordered even if they are not available, and the service staff is enthusiastic. For such a large consumer group in China, there are almost no Chinese staff who want to improve.

Fantastic store , had a lovely lunch in the ground floor cafe , really attentive staff too
