You should go just too see how massive this place really is, it's huge. Every designer you've ever heard of has a section of the store.
Solid department store. Not so big but it has variety. It's a NYC icon. Check out Forty Carrots for the best frozen yogurt in town. Their kids section is not so great, very small.
This is the Bloomingdale's Flagship Store and it is absolutely beautiful. Since Bloomingdale's doesn't believe in plastic bags, they give you paper bags.
Not for men with weak nerves, for women probably paradise, therefore, from me 2 stars, as a man too little seating, dry air, hard to reach, no drinking options,
Lancome in Bloomingdale's is the place to be. I went in today to just get a lash booster. Their lash booster by the way is the best on the planet. And of course the staff was beyond friendly i wanna thank Irv victor and Driselda for being so kind. They were so helpful and sweet. I got my self a few early birthday presents. And I they gave me a few freebies for my birthday. Thanks a million.
Absolutely loved it. A very expensive store, not really practical to shop here if you are an ordinary human being with average income :-)
But a beautiful store with excellent service, it was great to look inside. They now have a virtual reality tour run by Windex, kids and adults had a blast doing it.
When my granddaughter and I went in to Bloomingdale today we noticed one of the workers was not knowledgeable of the store I'll go to the store around us to be spent a whole hour in the store looking for one particular item MAC makeup Department that's unheard of Houston know where everything is at when customers come in they don't want me going here and there they want to go exactly where they have to go to and do whatever by what they want to buy it and if they want something else that's something different if they go there I couldn't even find a person tell me a price of a pocketbook they got to get it together
Good! Let down by the lingerie department not good service, not much brand choice.
They made the place fancier looking but the merchandise declined in terms of quality and quantity. Nice to browse. Bad for shopping. Service is non existent.
Love this place, always a great pleasure. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Store displays are amazing.
Excellent hot chocolate with hazelnuts and panettone !!!
With partitions for jobs, I did not recognize "my" bloomingdales from 10 years ago ...
At the moment everything seems to be under construction. Not a great experience at all.
Love this store. Its my go to place for almost everything. The cooking floor has great experts in the field and always helped me make the best choices.
The department store par excellence. You can find everything for clothing from the most ordinary products to the most famous signatures. Wide selection of cosmetics on the ground floor. Excellent central location.
Very ritzy location on the East Side, dogs are allowed inside (service, emotional support, crated/leashed). The floors and space are massive with a huge selection of premium, luxury and affordable styles available. I was shopping a bedding collection from which specific pieces were not sold in stores. The associate very expertly recommended different bedding pieces from the same brand that were a similar color and had similar materials to supplement them and I was very impressed with how easily she was able to do this, and she helped me save money by explaining certain promotions that were available and I wound up with $50 in store credit. Parking here is tricky, a lot of the roads now have commercial parking rules which can make it hard to find a spot. But this location is definitely worth checking out for larger purchases (rugs, bedding, furniture etc) compared to Macy s on 34th street (same company, regardless). If anything, stop by to experience the beauty of this store.
Been to NYC over 8 times now. This is one of our favorite stores. Located near Central Park. You'll find a mix a good European and American brands. I think the setup is un-American, more like Selfrigdes in London, which is unique in NYC. There is also a nice Bloomingdale's in the SoHo area. But this location has the best collection! There is a Magnolia at the entrance and a Starbucks across the street. Bloomingdale's offers free WiFi. Looking forward visiting again!
Great store. Employees very helpful. Great sales. Can't wait to shop there next time I visit.
Professional and helpful staff and quality merchandise
Invited by a friend who spends alot of money at Bloomey's to a wine and cheese tasting. Had fun.
The store has unique items. The prices are on the high side. The store is difficult to navigate for a wheelchair person because of the split levels. Also the sidewalks in the area are tough for the wheelchair to go up and down. The store does have great parties.
Personally, not my cup of tea. Very expensive and high class shopping
Beautiful showcase of everything fashion. A little decaden tbut there is room for that too today
A high-priced labyrinth. Lovely things with prices as you would expect for a 'bloo-meez'. Convenient to subway.
Great variety.
Huge place.
Really fast Wi-Fi
It is so hard to find good coffee in New York City" but I finally found it! this place is not for the average person so if you want to be treated like a celebrity this is definitely the place very upscale and high class
The staff, and department store history as part of New York City multi-level shopping via escalator and elevator banks, for art deco design layout, for its wedding registry system and products for general home improve including bowls, bedding and area rugs
I ve grown up going to Bloomingdales it s a Mecca of the best clothes perfume household items just a large selection of anything you want or need from the top of the line designers to great sales too!! Love going it can be a whole day affair just walking around & you can get lunch which is great & the goodies at magnolia is the way to end the total experience!!!!!
too many sellers. I wanted to look alone, but that was not possible. I like the store and the things they sell
Very beautiful store beautifully presented a choice of clothing very many It's worth to go for a ride
Awsome ambiance workers have great customer service attitudes. Make all feel welcome. Always smiling.
Always great finds
Pricey, But great place to shop
Love this place, so many floors to explore best time to go is near Christmas.
Huge flagship store in midtown. Still lots of great products but service isn't what it once was
This is a huge shopping center that you will probably spend a significant time to complete it in full. You would get all the brands that you want including LV, Gucci, Montblanc, etc. If you are a visitor ask for the visitors discount. Note that this is not the outlet, in case you are looking for the outlet. Enjoy
Staff was courteous and they don't hover over you which was great!
Bloomingdales is a wonderfully diverse store to spend your funds.
Every floor is loaded with great stuff.
From restaurants to designer clothes.
Try your luck on fragrances, shoes and men's wear. Also, lady's wear never ends.
A store that let's you know that you in America and America is truly a rich country.
The last time I shopped here I was on my honeymoon, which was a few years ago. When you walk in here you get pretty clear visual as to why these kind of stores are dying. People don't want to pay exorbitant prices to be in a huge shiny building with fancy displays. they also had this set up so it was hard to find our way in and out. I needed a pair of gloves because it was colder in NY that I was anticipating for a Spring trip but there was no way I was going to pay $130 for the one pair they were able to scrounge up. Target, Outlet Malls and even Walmart are doing this so much better now. These guys need to watch the news and make adjustments so they don't end up like their competitors.
good but very exorbitant prices.... good for window shopping
Visited this place when I visited NY because I am a huge Friends fan. It is a lovely store with all the elit cloths brands. I would recommend to visit it even if you don't buy anything. It is a quick stop and it is free to visit so why not?
The absolute best, Dina was amazing and helped me shop for all of my needs. Thanks love!
great dessert options, another location in soho is also a must see if you are in new york. great croissants and desserts that are divine!
A store with a variaty of high end fashion, accessories and make up brands.staff are helpful and professional.
