It's crowded, can be frustrating to navigate but well worth the experience. Some of the best visual displays in New York City that even rivals Bergdorfs. A must see if visiting during the holiday season.

Went to purchase a gift from the Louis Vuitton shop. Excellent customer service. Sales clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even got a bottle of sparkling water to drink while I waited for my item to be engraved.

Live the remodel. Feels very fresh now. Love the Whistles, Maje & Sandro, Gerard Darell sections. Sad to see some designers come and go over the years though, i.e. Vince, Comptoir Des Cotonniers, Claudie Perlot. Definably catering to a younger demographic in terms of the new layout. Which is how things go in retail today. I wish the cafe/lite bite options were better, and felt more like shopping in a European department store.

The roles of each specialized role in a specific thing, in which there is everything for men, women and children clothes, shoes, cosmetics, perfumes and boutiques for well-known brands. I recommend visiting it.

The best of all malls I have visited so far, better prices than the outlets, much better quality also with good deals!
For women only though, for men nothing special, my girlfriend found so many things, I did not find anything..

Impressed and touched by the warm welcome by one of the concierges, James! He is super friendly, super helpful. His hospitality is by far the best I have ever received in any department stores anywhere in the world.
Thank you James. Thank you Bloomingdale s.

Bloomingdale s on Lexington is a great place to browse around for a while, checking out the price tags and saying guess how much this [insert name of item here] costs? It s definitely not for those with shallow pockets like us. However, More

This location is kept very well organized and in great shape. The staff range from very friendly and very helpful to a bit pretentious and obnoxious, and it always leaves a sour taste in my mouth when I get approached by one of the latter, but most interactions are pretty pleasant.

The sales are all over the place, and sometimes there's nothing interesting or very limited in terms of sizes, but towards the end of the season when they're doing their overhaul, you can actually get very nice items for a very reasonable price. Returns are a breeze, except for one particular instance, but generally worth taking a quick spin through the store when you're wandering around the neighborhood.

They are not enforcing masks or face coverings of customers and even some employees. Other stores - lower end stores - so a great job of informing customers that masks must be worn at all times and their staff make sure customers abide by the rules. For some reason, Bloomingdales doesn t.

Came here to pick up two 50-pound cement stands with no means to transport for this mean woman who runs a mind-bogglingly-priced linens company. Don t worry, I quit later that day. Anyways, I was visibly distraught at having to go to another floor to find a bathroom before lugging these hideous boulders to Long Island City so a nice employee let me use the staff bathroom. She even waited for me down the hall (respectfully out of hearing range) to make sure I found my way back through the maze of Zegna and Hugo Boss suits to the abominable cement monoliths I was now in custody of.

This place was built for tourists not for New Yorkers. It's held going there it's hell to buy things in there it's a tourist trap you're better off buying online if you have to just go there and try things on not worth the time to buy stuff they're not to mention people try on everything and most of the items you can buy are dirty such as the underwear or socks any place that allows people to try on underwear before they buy is a disgusting Rat Hole.

You have to go see Ruty in Clarins she really cares about her clients and tells me about every sale to help my dollars go a long way, she never over sells me and tells me which products will work and which dont do good for me and why so I really appreciate the level of service ..been her client since 2017, and the clarins facials are amazing

Lovely store, great brands and selection, with helpful staff. But I have to shoutout SASHA in the hosiery department in particular! She was genuinely amazing and friendly, went above and beyond in answering questions and providing the best service for a customer, and it didn t feel at all like it was just for a sale and commission (like some staff would come across as). No, she actually cares about people. Thank you!!

Bloomingdale's 59th Street is obviously the pinacle of it's franchise. Huge building which would take your hours to navigate. But someone is always ready to help you out and facilitate your needs. Best part is their rewards. Bloomingdale's always gives its customers ways to own bonus cash. Forget points like some places where 1000 points equals $1-$10. Bloomingdale's hard cash to be used in store keeps me a loyal customer for many years. Now of course alot of times, I have to go to Neiman Marcus, Saks or Nordstrom to get specific products that aren't at Bloomingdale's and sometimes these other stores are better when it comes to high end variety in women shoes and clothing. But neither of those 3 stores offer the same rewards as Bloomies. Now of course when it comes to shopping, either of these 4 stores are Great!
