Very disappointed with the bouquet that was delivered
I ordered a bouquet from Bloomen for a special occasion, and what I received looked nothing like the picture advertised on their website. The image showed a stunning bouquet with fully bloomed white lilies — the main reason I chose it — but what got delivered was a cheap-looking arrangement with no open lilies at all, just closed green buds and a few random flowers. It looked unfinished, bland, and completely lacked the elegance I expected for the moment.
When I reached out, I got generic copy-paste responses about “freshness” and how lilies can take 5–7 days to bloom. That would be fine if I ordered it to bloom next week. But it was meant to look like the product photo ON THE DAY it arrived, for a time-sensitive occasion. The company clearly doesn’t care about that, and refused to offer any compensation or acknowledge the clear mismatch between the advertised product and what was delivered.
This experience felt deceptive, and their dismissive attitude was the final straw. If you’re ordering for an event, do not trust the photos on their website — what you receive might show up half-done and too late to matter.
