My experience with Bloomen inc. was not satisfactory. The flowers I received were not as described on their website. Some of the flowers were withered, and the arrangement looked hastily put together. I contacted customer service, and they were apologetic and offered a refund. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the flowers.
