I had an average experience with Bloomen inc. The flowers I ordered arrived on time, but the arrangement was not as impressive as I had hoped. The colors were a bit dull, and some of the flowers looked wilted. However, the customer service was great. They were very responsive and offered to send a replacement bouquet. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
