I ordered a gift card for Christmas and it was shipped out on the beginning of December. I cant get anyone to respond to my emails about this and now I won't have a gift for my family. Extremely upset. I had never heard of these restaurants before I was asked for a gift card to one and now I will never go to one.

FRC can do no wrong in my opinion! As a photographer, I've been able to see (and eat) firsthand at nearly all of their amazing concepts. Every restaurant I've been to, the staff is excellent and the food is delicious. Each concept has a unique feel and vibe so there's literally something for everyone. Most importantly, the team at FRC is the absolute best and I have loved getting to work with them all!

As of late, I have very disappointed in The Henry ...

As of late, I have very disappointed in The Henry on Camelback and True Foods at the Biltmore. The service has been terrible. In December, I had made a reservation for lunch. Once we arrived at The Henry, we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. From there it only got worse. We waited 1 and 1/2 hrs. For our lunch. We were told they weren t expecting so many people. Really? The Henry is always full of people. I decided to give The Henry another try in January. I took two out of town guests there for a Sunday brunch. Again, I had made a reservation. Once we arrived, we had to wait over 30 minutes for our table. The Henry use to always be my go to place for lunch. From now on I will be eating lunch at Hillstone. Hillstone is a very well run restaurant. I have never had a problem with service or reservations. Tonight I took my family to True Food the Biltmore. We didn t have a reservation and were prepared to wait. We waited over 39 minutes for them to clear a table for us and over 20 minutes before anyone took our order. The service was horrible. I blame the problem on the managers in both cases. They didn t to notice the problems all of the diners were having getting waited on, etc. It is time for Fox Concepts to step in and retrain their staff. Many people I have spoken to will no longer be eating at either places because of the poor service.

Had a reservation for 5 at 2pm... showed up early. Got seated by the hostess at 2:05pm . That was the last person that spoke to us . Multiple waiters passed us by ... no hello or I'll be with you guys in a minute.. just kept passing by.. other tables wont be passed by.. after 20mins of no service, We agreed to get up... at that point .. and only that point did the waiter wearing white bandana come up to us.. my wife told him we were leaving . His response was " ok. Bye.. " What a great way to try to recover a table.. mmmm... maybe a sorry... but no .. your guys' customer service is a joke! I'm in the industry. you guys are hands down the worst restaurant in the fox group! Your name is very fitting.. a dropout! I'm so embarrassed .. I talked you guys up so much to my company

I once enjoyed lunch at North--it was busy and a bit noisy, but the pizza was good. Today when I stopped the noise level was truly unbearable--the hostess suggested I go to the "dining room" area and she escorted me there. It was less noisy but as it began to fill up, people trying to speak to one another had to shout to be heard which only added to the unpleasant atmosphere. Then someone decided what we needed was "music"--well mainly it was just a thumping bass in the background.

By the time my lunch arrived, I could stand it no longer and though it was a very hot day, I asked if I might eat outside.

The staff were all very nice--and apologized profusely for the racket--I replied that I knew this was by design and not their doing. The pizza was only so-so.

I understand there is a train (wreck?) of thought that says noisy is the way to go in restaurants now---I have no idea where that insanity originated but it is getting more difficult except in the finest dining establishments, to find anything resembling a pleasant sound level.

I will not return.

For those who eat only organic, please know that this restaurant is NOT an organic restaurant. They feature organic kale and items on the Dirty Dozen list ONLY. When you go into the store, you will see printed on the hard menu above registers under the Chopped Veggie Salad "organic greens" so you will assume like I did all the greens in the salad are organic. However, they include romaine lettuce that is NOT organic in the salad. False advertising and very misleading. I have been in touch with the restaurant general mngr concerning this. So be smart when you order and ask questions of the manager, not just the staff at the register who at the time of this review are not properly trained to know what is/is not organic. This goes for any restaurant that calls themselves a "health or vegetarian/vegan/paleo" restaurant. That does NOT mean they are organic. And we all know the dangers of conventional produce by now. My hope is that more 100% organic restaurants will start to pop up here like Goodonya in Encinitas and Parakeet Cafe in Del Mar. In the meantime, I am grateful that Flower Child does have a staff who cares and offers grass fed beef options. However there is no excuse to put 'organic greens' listed by a salad that doesn't contain 100% organic greens. I do hope Corporate reads this review and makes a change. In the meantime I will no longer be supporting the restaurant. And considering I've spent over $3300 there in 2 years time prior to receiving this knowledge, that's saying a lot.

I was having problems with getting the gift cards ...

I was having problems with getting the gift cards I ordered on time for Christmas. Monica at Fox Restaurant Concepts helped me every step of the way and made sure that I would get the gift cards on time for everyone to have a great holiday. She went above and beyond the call of duty. I already was a fan of their restaurants but now I am an even BIGGER fan.

Shady company. They own Zinburger and Zinburger advertises on their menu that they serve Wagyu/American Kobe beef, however, they do not. They only serve Angus Beef. They claim that they have it, but do not serve it. How is this not a scam? It IS a scam. I will be contacting local news stations and the Arizona Attorney General's Office. This is literally bait and switch, which is a scam. A very old one. A very low one. Shame on Zinburger and shame on Fox Restaurants.
