I have been working with BLOOM for 10 months and its been a very pleasant experience. The work culture is great, the management is supportive and the process is smooth. Its a great place to work and i would highly recommend the company to everyone.

Worst experience I had !! It s not even worth of giving 1 star . They cal d me for interviews and technical round one lady came and she doesn t even have curiosity to talk properly .. she doesn t knw how to take interviews and also she doesn t know to talk properly . I could clearly see that she was so insecure and rejected me stating that i currently work .. I have already informed my current working status still this people acted too much and told me not to talk or call to anyone .. such a disgusting people .

HI All, Please Please don't Join in this company at any cost as recruiters or in third party payroll. Very Very Worst Company. Poor Management people like Abinaya, Madhu etc. Dont ever Join pls. I dont want any other employees who like me go and suffer. Our efforts will be wasted. They won't pay for your efforts. They will come and simply say salary is not there because you didn't perform well. PLS BE AWARE OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY. If anyone like me suffered,pls post it here or anywhere in social media. Do helpful for other people. its Humanity

I will tell u the whole story Wat happen with me one of the Consultancy called me her she is manager also her name is shresta I use to locate in electronic city she said u have to come for interview nly 1 day in Hebbal den u will place in electronic city I have spend total 9 hrs in travelling for & up & down people took nly 1 round & for 1round they took 3 hrs den at 2nd round they said u hVe selected tomarrow u will get call 2 days I have wait for their call when I call them people are saying u have failed in technical round
But the main reason is that they dnt have any branch without asking me people are in mind set ..I will relocate their For that purpose they call me for interview & they didn't took any technical round of mine when I shout on them in call they are not lifting any calls of mine & in call they are using bad words....
Many people came for interview along with me they are not providing water to & people are waiting their hrs & hrs with patients all are thirsty in call they said 1hr with 1round but they took 5 rounds for 5 hrs without water & snacks
