I've been a BlockFi client since 2019 and love it, its super easy to use, the team is very responsive and helpful on a couple of occasions when I had questions. I've earned thousands of $ on my crypto over the years, and I was even able to use their loans product to cover the closing costs for the house my wife and I bought this past year. Very happy customer :)

Service is not available in New York State but they will allow you to go through the registration process even after they collect your address, then your social security number, knowing that the service is not available at your location. Once they have all your information you will be taken to a blank dashboard with no options other than applying for a loan (even if you registered for a wallet/interest account). You will then have to reach out to customer service via the bot, which is the only time they disclose that the services are not available in NY. At that point, they will not allow you to close your account without going through a live person. I am still waiting for a response from that live person to close a useless account.

I've been pleased with my experience so far. I'm newer to the crypto world and I've been able to test the waters with an interest bearing account at BlockFi. Everything in the app is super intuitive and I've loved watching my assets grow over time.

Cool concept and interest rates; however, I was unable to get any live customer support. Scary if you truly need help. The phone number that I had to Google is an automatic message. They send you to some FAQ robot and a video to watch. I'm sure in time they will get up to speed like the larger financial firms.

The positive: assets appear to be secure and if you're happy to simply collect interest on hodled crypto, you should be satisfied.

The negative: interest rates have changed multiple times over the past few months; transaction / trading fees are not clear, seeming pricey; despite crypto being 24/7, Blockfi closes on the weekend; exchange crashes during high volume periods.

I ve been using blockfi for a little over a year. Love the platform and it s ease of use! Very good rates and is very secure. Excited to see what other crypto will be added. Cant wait for them to add ADA!!!

I'm new to BlockFi and so far I am enjoying how user friendly and intuitive their platform and services are. I tried withdrawal just today of a small amount to see how long it will take and if I will have any issue about transfers. I hope everything will go smoothly, if it does I would probably move more funds into BlockFi and grow my accounts with this company. Will give 5 stars depending on how smooth will my transaction be. Absolutely have been loving my experience as a BlockFi client! I've used other similar companies to BlockFi like Coinbase, etc. However, BlockFi is really setting themselves apart on the client support end, they get back to you very quickly and the people you talk to know their stuff and are actual humans willing to help. Also, can't go without mentioning that I have been loving the interest I've been getting from them! Highly recommend!!

This is a fraudulent company. Don't try to work with them. You won't be able to get your money back. I registered, passed verification, and sent them my documents. Added 7500 to the balance, waited one week. After that, I tried to withdraw a small part of the deposit to an external wallet. I waited for two more days, after which I was asked to pass an additional verification. Passed the verification.. After that, they blocked my account and said they couldn't give me MY MONEY back!!! Do not try to work with them, they are scammers!!!
