The difference between the old site and Blockfi-exchange.net is very noticeable. The new platform is much more polished and user-friendly. I had no trouble merging my account, and the entire process was quick and well-structured. Once I regained access, I tested a withdrawal, and it was processed almost instantly. This has definitely improved my overall impression of the platform.
