The withdrawal process for old investors isn't as simple as it could be because account reactivation is required first. While I found this policy somewhat inconvenient, I decided to complete the process anyway. I'm glad I did because today my funds were successfully transferred to my wallet. The successful withdrawal restored my confidence in the platform. There is room for improvement, but overall I give Blockfi-exchange.net four stars.
