Service is not available in New York State but they will allow you to go through the registration process even after they collect your address, then your social security number, knowing that the service is not available at your location. Once they have all your information you will be taken to a blank dashboard with no options other than applying for a loan (even if you registered for a wallet/interest account). You will then have to reach out to customer service via the bot, which is the only time they disclose that the services are not available in NY. At that point, they will not allow you to close your account without going through a live person. I am still waiting for a response from that live person to close a useless account.
