Went to blizzcon not great service got lost no help but cool experience

I've been a Blizzard fan since the 90s and the game company picks up bad habits like it did before when World of Warcraft went under. Overwatch needs some love and attention. But not the type that involves supporting Overwatch League. That game is a hot mess because they dumped Mass Rez from Mercy and They blend noobs into all their matches as a way to balance the match. Nobody wants a noob on their team, so maybe if staff changed the game. People would be happy again.

Look, I don't understand why People are so upset with Jeff Kalpen after every time a hero is updated. I think Jeff is a nice man, who is doing his best to please the community. Plus, This is supposed to be about the place. It is not supposed to be a trash bin for hate comments to Jeff. I trust his decisions, and I know he can give Mercy a nice tweak to get her back in shape. So Please, Support him, and stop hating the man.

Big fan of Blizzard, previous wow addict like no other. Great graphics and the game really sticks with you. I would dream about being my character in wow all the time.

Company sold their soul, they should just Ban the Bots, don t make the instance limit 30/day.

Jeff Kaplan is rude cause he reworked mercy. (its totally not anybody else's fault)

Asked them to delete my account and they basically refused. When I asked again, they refused to even answer my emails. Submitted a ticket, no response. They also won't offer help over the phone. Terrible customer service and a terrible company.

Waiting 4+ hours a night to play is unacceptable.

Michael Morhaime once had me kicked out of his lobby for trespassing. I told the security guards that all I wanted was a piece of Samwise Didiers beard hair for a voodo project I was working on. They said to me "Come back and see us when Titan comes out, then you can have all the hair you want". 5/5 will trespass again.

Ive supported this company since starcraft came out. No joke. Ive spoken to many about buying from blizzard and how great they are for well over a decade. Ive been rewarded with nothing but disrespect and horrendous customer service for many years now. I decided to go by their irvine location to see if people there would actually act like people and to no surprise they still act like scum and treated me like trash. I will no longer support such a company. People literally work there just to be jerks, and for dumber reasons they keep getting hired.

BE CAREFUL !~!~ This stupid company checked my credit card and took money from it today and i actually never heard of this company or gave my personal details of my card they are so bad i got a message that money was tooken from blizard entertainment so i recommend never ever give ur details although i never even gave or knew this app so i recommend never use this hilarious app

One day I will afford the transatlantic flight and visit the Blizzcon in Irvine. I've been playing blizzard games since 1993 (The Lost Vikings) and now I'm playing everything that's on the market, especially World of Warcraft. I was already in France in Versailles and looked at Blizzard Europe.

I was hoping to start up the account for my now young adult daughter. But since I lost my code generator they want both of my licences from 7 ago at time of my divorce and my current one plus a copy of my divorce papers showing my name change. Though both pictures almost the exact same with a few extra pounds and longer hair. I mean they have my phone number my email address both still the same. They want to know more about then most doctors.

These people keep charging my credit card without permission. Got the runaround from them when I called as my bank said to. This company is nothing but a sham and thieves. Have had to replace my card 5 times in the last year because of them. Just got new card a 2 days ago and again 3 charges in 2 days. Impossible for them to know new card number unless they have imbedded some kind of spyware that McAffee can't see. Stop charging my card or you will suffer the consequences. And I do not mean another phone call to your worthless company.

Those who have played RPG or online games should definitely know the lofty status of Blizzard!

for a company so big you should have a direct email for issues but instead you misdirect with every link. This is piss poor out of blizzard. I honestly except more from a billion dollar company.

they have no support if u have in game problems. they want me to be a computer wiz just to get in touch with them. I have done all I am able to , and cant get ahold of them. if i could post this with no star on the reveiw, I WOULD

got an email had to check the number to make sure it was real nice to know google can help out with a business number where as these revers look up sits want to charge for a business number

I was invited for a visit by a friend while attending Siggraph 2015, it had been a life long dream to visit the Blizzard offices and it did not disappoint!

Beautiful campus, the buildings are showing their age compared to a more modern games company office but there was a real atmosphere with large statues across the buildings and campus that you don't find anywhere else.

I would visit again in a heart beat!

As noted previously, Blizzards games are to some extent awesome, but they're customer support frankly sucks. They offered a discount on the expansion for 29.99 but required game time. I went to the store and purchased a game time card. When I logged back into the the THE SAME DAY, the sale ended. No where in the shop or on their site did it state the sale ended today. I called customer service to see about getting the sale price for the expansion or at the very least refunded for the game time as it's now pointless, I was told there's nothing to they could or would do. They refused to provide a customer service phone number. They refused to provide their corporate phone number too which I might add is public information easily obtained with a Google search. I can honestly say, I don't think I will be purchasing any of their games anymore. They will need to try REALLY hard to get me to but into any of their services. I even have a copy of the chat log too if anyone is interested. I really hope their corporate office sees this post.

Be careful! Blizzard Entertainment checked my credit card twice (that s usually done to see if the card is active and valid before payment) even though I never gave them my credit card details... I have never seen this company before! No idea how they stole my financial data...
I have contacted the company via email but never got a response about the issue.
For now my card is frozen and I will have to pay for an order of a new card.

I cant believe that I have to go to you guys personally and Fix my Account, as I'm supposedly in another country that doesnt even want to load either and it gives a 404 Error Code. Ok. that sounds just about right, especially me being already in "Torment". Ok, that sounds just about right as well, wait, I'm a hidden player or is it, "Pay to see the player????"

Just had the worst customer service help ever. My account got hacked while I was deployed in South Korea and they said that it was my fault and would not help. BBB and my lawyers are getting a phone call first thing in the morning if they dont want to do anything to help me out.

I umm have played World Of Warcraft for 3 years now and I love it, I do not agree with everything that they do. But Im sure Im not the only one that feels that way and I am sure there are those who would disagree. They tell you when you sign up you are buying a game, when actually you are buying a one month subscription to play the game. Be careful or you will get bit too. They are sneaky

Blizzard isn't what they used to be. Now since Activision has bought them out, they've really gone downhill. And their obsession with anti piracy has really gone way too far. You can't even install one of their games these days. That's how difficult they make it. If they don't reject your CD key, then they take 10+ hours to actually install the game. Its beyond ridiculous. Goodbye, blizzard. You had a good run. But, your time is over. Due to your constant screw ups with your games and your ridiculous policies, I'm no longer a customer, and will just play your competitor's games instead. You don't see valve pulling this nonsense. They're much too smart for that. Nobody wants to sift through your immense, overly complicated website to find the answer to a question they should have never had to ask. I would say I'll miss you, but after the way you've behaved in recent years, that would be a lie.

The customer service absolutely sucks. I am honestly thinking about going to a different gaming company for my entertainment needs. I wouldn't rate even a single start at this point. And i've been attempting to contact this company for two days now about an authenticator problem. There about to lose a close to ten year customer over it too.

From the outside it looks great, but on the inside, it's a complete mess! You know why? THEIR EVIL OVERLORD JEFF KAPLAN!!! He just walks around buffing Symmetra, giving Tracer skins and removing Mercy's ultimate, and no one does anything to stop him. However, no one stops him for a reason. Jeff has his own personal mantra of great style. It is simply, "Wrestle with Jeff, prepare for death."
