dont play wow unless you want to log in, spend 20 minutes looking for either a dungeon or a battleground, with nothing else to do otehr than hop around in Orgrimmar watching paint dry. Seriously dont wow, its bad.

I think i've loved blizzard since world of warcraft first came out. I can't say I've loved every change over those same years but overall the company has impressed me since day one. Hope you guys never give up on promoting the game to those not lucky enough to play it yet and keep providing the quality content we've all enjoyed so much. When I just came back after a long hiatus the rep that helped me out with a free seven day trial, clearly that goes against the most recent irate review I read that this company only cares about profit, Even having made it so that in game you can buy game time for in game gold.

Blizzard is one of the best games companies out there. They make excellent games that pull you in, I know from experience as a former WoW addict. They started as Silicon & Synapse waaay back in 1991 and have been making innovative games since. I am a hardcore Blizzard fan and can't wait for what they have in store!

I have never been here but to be honest i have played their games for about 10 + years now and yes i have HAD an awesome gaming experience but i ALSO many terrible experiences with them too i have wasted way too much time and money on these guys and finding better games to play instead of being called a liar everytime i have a problem :@

Blizzard Entertainment has lost a customer today. After misrepresentation, lack of communication and customer support, I will no longer purchase or subscribe to any games and services provided. It has been made clear that their only concern is their profit margin.

Pretty much the least customer oriented company on the face of the planet.

WoW was awesome up to the release of cata and since then the game seem to have gone down hill. Yea the new farming is fun to a point but now im level 90, exalted with most factions and bored out of my mind once again. And forget raiding, you need at least 460 item level to enter a raid but cant get the gear from heroics because everyone else are either completely retarded or ninja crap they cant wear. HEY BLIZZ! How about you focus more on game play for casuals then stupid security crap and trying to shut down private servers because in fact your mess i found on a pre cataclysm private server is what inspired me to learn about game development.

I had been an avid Blizzard Entertainment fan since the days of Diablo II and Warcraft III.. that is about 16 years of loyalty to Blizzard Entertainment. I have enjoyed many many hours of my life playing their wonderfully captivating games and seen the company evolve as the industry of e-sports has. I have grown with the company as Diablo III was released, Heroes of the Storm, Hearthstone, and now... Overwatch. Sadly, Overwatch has led to the demise of the respect I once held for this company. Being a highly competitive First Person Shooter (FPS) game, there are passionate players out there who take the game to a new level of competitive. While I am all for the rivalry, healthy competition, and challenges that Overwatch has promoted, I am absolutely against cyber-bullying. The unfortunate truth about online gaming is this: Trolls are everywhere. They lurk behind the solace of their keyboard and monitor, and look for the perfect opportunity to strike. Ruining someone's day, or saying hurtful things to another human being for some reason fuels these monsters. Overwatch has taken it too far. I have posted just a couple of screenshots of games that I observed involving this toxicity. Sadly, nearly every game that I observe has this type of behavior that Blizzard does nothing about. Blizzard's only comment that I have been able to squeeze from them is to "use the in game reporting option." Blizzard- if the "in game reporting option" actually worked, do you think I would have to post the screenshots? If it actually worked as a deterrant, would this still exist? Spoiler Alert: The answer is no. Your "in game reporting" option simply does nothing. I have always looked up to Blizzard as pioneers of gaming; being the leader of the gaming software pack, and always setting the bar high. As a customer, I loved this. I am sure that your hundreds of thousands of other customers do as well. However, I urge you to shift focus away from that bottom line and advocate for the reason Blizzard is in the position it is in today. Continue to set the bar high- lead by example and show us that Blizzard will not tolerate this type of abuse to its other paying customers. Until then, I have uninstalled this game from my PC and I will no longer be playing your games; any of them (and I own them ALL).

I love the games they do there, it's a shame that there is no blizzard office in Quebec, in Montreal for example.

That place is so cool, i hope if the Overwatch people can make a special event for it like a Marvel event if i imagine that, make the overwatch heroes has marvel skins that'll be cool

If you are looking for an MMORPG company that values the experience and satisfaction of its customers I encourage you to look elsewhere first! This was a disappointing experience in several ways. If Blizzard had worked with me, even perhaps offered some in game credit rather then just a total denial, I might have been more interested in revisiting their product and services in the future. In 2016, I played with a game mechanic in World of Warcraft Legion that changed during patch 7.1. Just 3 days prior to the 7.1 patch I purchased a character boost ($60) for a character I intended on playing subsequent to the patch. After the 7.1 patch the game experience changed so much for me that I decided I no longer wanted to play the game, and discontinued my subscription. While most of the changes were posted prior to the patch, I didn't realize how much they would impact my game experience. I requested a refund for the character boost based on the unanticipated and stark change in the quality of my game experience and my consequent interest in cancelling my subscription. The refund was denied, they stated that their policy is not to refund electronic transactions, as they are final. I felt my request was reasonable, especially since the boost purchase was only three days past.

It sucked. It wount Install. My friends didnt work either.

I love WoW soooo much! It's awesome going to the Launch Parties (MoP) in Irvine and being in a place where everyone is together for the same reason. Blizzard Entertainment rocks! :D

Great company that makes great games! There is a onsite museum of all of their games and awards, onsite cafeteria, plenty of art pieces scattered around the buildings, and lots of amazing statues!

Horrible i have been a blizzard fan for so many years, Diablo 1-3 (yes i mean the original), Starcraft (all of them), Blackthrone on the 32x for sega. But i got on D3 today after 2 months of hard season play 1/3/16 and all my accomplishments as far as items where gone. Not a huge deal but what is a huge deal when i attempted to contact though there multiple links i got the run around. Read this, read that ....ect for a company so big you should have a direct email for issues but instead you misdirect with every link. This is piss poor out of blizzard. I honestly except more from a billion dollar company.

Great company, they churn out quality and excellence with their games and support. Got a problem? Their staff work on it with you for you to make sure everything is as it should be.

The best place for geeks!! I love overwatch and they have big statues, one of them is Tracer, they also have statues of other games too!! They have a museum of some of their art and the time line of the games they have made though out the years. IT'S A MUST GO FOR GEEKS!!

Best place to work, by far. I ve worked in several game studios in the past, and this place has no comparison. The Blizzard culture is phenomenal and the commitment to quality is unmatched in the industry.

Worst game server ever, always laggy, crashing often, server full, gotta queud sometime. Worst ive seen is 4h queud, so cant play that day on a game thats pay to play / month. Game are great, server sucks, support also sucks, they wont refund a game that you were barely able to play due to their server problems. Highly suggest to think 3-4 times before paying for their stuff

Horrible customer service! Took me 3 days of a run around. Getting automated messages to get a real person to respond to me. After I virtually the same answer with no help, they warned me saying that if I continued to ask about my issue they said I would be violating their rules. Horrible customer server. The absolute worse!

I've spent to many years on a company that can't make its mind up on where it wants to go. Don't play overwatch if you say anything.... and I do mean anything wrong you will get banned for it. Hey can you switch characters.... banned.... sad. This is a dying company find any game elsewhere.

So my last review was a really bad one. I got to talk to J (the CEO of blizzard entertainment) and he is very nice. He helped out in every way he could. I do hope that WoW can make a come back. Well deserve of 5 stars.

Times of StarCraft and original Warcraft are gone. Blizzard is a bottom feeding developer, I guess they just need some slots games to complete the picture.

I work for a transportation company and was sent to see why our drivers were having difficulty delivering to the address. I requested to visit the mail room and the guard at the shack called the mail room and the gentleman refused to see me and stated that I need to make an appointment but refused to give the number because he "was too busy". I will be contacting the appropriate party to advise and potentially pull the plug on delivering to this address.

I truly believe that the greatest work of art in the history of mankind are the games Blizzard has created. Especially World of Warcraft with the world they have created. It and its characters have spoken to me in such a way that's changed my life positively mentally, spiritually, and physically. For the Alliance...always and forever!

TERRIBLE THE GAME IS RUINED IT TOOK THESE MORONS A DECADE TO ADD 3 NEW UNITS They stopped making The Frozen Throne which was a way better game and now they have ruined starcraft its nothing but a bunch of korean losers doing cheese strategies and there is no balance left in the game. this company is pathetic and all there games are extremely time consuming and leave you feeling pissed off because the games just SUCK . Starcraft was good, starcraft 2 Wings of liberty was alright, now the game just sucks the absolute worst game I ever played in my life and I waited a decade to play it only to find out these morons didn't even change hardly anything...its the same game just worse and less units. How about a new game oh you all decided to add 3 new units with the same function just different names so you could re-sell and make millions off next to nothing meanwhile millions of fans are expecting a new game and these people failed to deliver I WILL NEVER BUY A BLIZZARD GAME AGAIN THESE PEOPLE SUCK

Before I die, I have to go to Blizzcon. I love World of Warcraft, unfortunately sometimes Blizzard leaves something to be desired in relation to serving its customers (even more us Brazilians) but it is part of it. Blizzard, I'm still going to make that dream come true.
