According to it is a company of excellence - but does interviews for job / internship via phone ?! Personal contact is missing. Definitely - it could be very good - but if they made me such ... I do not know if I would want to work here. To an interview of these is called what? Opinion Poll? Bad, very bad. I did not like being aware of these situations.
