Please for the BBM application. Must be updated accordingly for current developments, and features in the BBM application are updated such as features in the WhatsApp application ... Voice group chat stream features, such as discord or video group calls like WhatsApp and presenting video stories on BBM ... Hopefully my review can be considered from BBM ... Thank you

I am disappointed because after all this time as one of millions of other people 'using this application from the very first inception of the present informative digital technology in Indonesia, I only used old school cell phones that did not have good quality until now BlackBerry is based on Android. the performance version of the application does not function optimally effectively for the multipurpose processor.

Easy to find and navigate through. Very clean and in an excellent post of the city.

Piss poor customer service who are impossible to reach by phone. Their head office number just directs you to their website and their incompetent email based customer service. I have been paying for ad free BBM for TWO MONTHS, and yet they cannot seem to tell me why I have yet to receive an ad free BBM. This company has become a fraud and an embarrassment to the Country and makes me ashamed to admit they are Canadian. They are fraud artists plain and simple, and it's no wonder why they're on the verge of going belly up. They've become a complete government sell out and if they don't fix their garbage service or give me my money back soon, they're gonna end up on the receiving end of criminal charges for defrauding me. I want my money back and I want it back right god damn now you fraud artists! You made me pay for a service you have no intention of providing..... Typical BlackBerry! Buyer beware!
