Piss poor customer service who are impossible to reach by phone. Their head office number just directs you to their website and their incompetent email based customer service. I have been paying for ad free BBM for TWO MONTHS, and yet they cannot seem to tell me why I have yet to receive an ad free BBM. This company has become a fraud and an embarrassment to the Country and makes me ashamed to admit they are Canadian. They are fraud artists plain and simple, and it's no wonder why they're on the verge of going belly up. They've become a complete government sell out and if they don't fix their garbage service or give me my money back soon, they're gonna end up on the receiving end of criminal charges for defrauding me. I want my money back and I want it back right god damn now you fraud artists! You made me pay for a service you have no intention of providing..... Typical BlackBerry! Buyer beware!
