Good consultancy but the major issue is they ask to come again and again and also makes us wait for a long time just to process a single level

my experience has been very good people have been very good they explained me well waht to do even though i could not clear at 1st but they still took me for another interview where i was able to secure the job all thanks to the staff of black and white business solutions.

I had worst experience. Asking for same questions from morning 11am to afternoon 3pm.

It was very nice to be here in black and white. no issues with any of the process.

It was very worst experiance to me nd my friend . They will not inform the clear process details blindly they will make call nd they will tell come for interview nd we will shortlist ur cv for interview. Hr providing the wrong fake information to the candidates . I hv all the call records also voice records i hv shared in social media facebook and whatsapp groups. They provided me wrong information about the company waste of time .wors experiance from the team leader also. They are hiding the main points and communicating with candidates. They need a huge number of candidate to attend interview . They are trying to complete targets thats it.

I liked the co-operation of the staffs/employees here.

Waste of time coming here.The HR and the whole team is very arrogant and they have that attitude as if they are the biggest company here.Please don't prefer Black and White Business Solutions.

Good recruiting firm with good infrastructure, and they are very pleasing, they brief you/groom you and make you confident in attending the interview rounds, they respond very quickly if you have any concerns.

ii got selected through black and white and its pleasure to come here and thanks for the opportunity

Worst experience. They will post saying openings for Technical Support and when we go there, they will ask some basic questions like willing to take night shift and all and and after 2-3 minutes they will ask us to leave for the day because of not clearing the first round. I was rejected when one lady called me(not mentioning the name here) after the first basic of basics round saying that I hadn't cleared the first round. The reason they said was: I was having influence with my native language. They only asked questions like yes/no like that. How can someone judge other's english with only these type questions? Guys to be frank, if you are looking for customer support jobs you can go there. They will provide you jobs for some company named Omega healthcare. If technical support, you should step back because they will be rejecting you saying some silly reasons similar to mine. Better avoid consultancies and go straight to conpanies itself!!!

If you are looking for a better career please avoid this place.

Best in Bengaluru, I'll recommend every of my single friends.
