Worst experience. They will post saying openings for Technical Support and when we go there, they will ask some basic questions like willing to take night shift and all and and after 2-3 minutes they will ask us to leave for the day because of not clearing the first round. I was rejected when one lady called me(not mentioning the name here) after the first basic of basics round saying that I hadn't cleared the first round. The reason they said was: I was having influence with my native language. They only asked questions like yes/no like that. How can someone judge other's english with only these type questions? Guys to be frank, if you are looking for customer support jobs you can go there. They will provide you jobs for some company named Omega healthcare. If technical support, you should step back because they will be rejecting you saying some silly reasons similar to mine. Better avoid consultancies and go straight to conpanies itself!!!
