it was my first time there and they helped me get the job in the first day itself.

my rating is not about staff, it is about interview process. They took 3 days of interview,every day 2 assessments i done with 5 assessments. i don,t know why that many for non voice process i concentrix. last day they called for operations round but they conducted 2 assessments, after 3 hours wait they said "you didn't cleared 1 test today.

BLACK AND WHITE IS A GOOD COMSULTACY.THEY SUPPORTED ALOT FOR MY INTERVIE PROCESS.

1st of all i want to tell about the receptionist named princy,she is very rude.She made me to wait for almost 2hrs n when i asked her she scolded me back for not submitting the resume,as she didn't inform anything about that when i came to the office.Finally after a long wait i was allowed to meet my contact person nancy ma'am who was a wonderful,sweet n a nice person,she gave me tips on facing the interview. She'll go a long way as hr and she has a good future in her career.You can contact her for job guidance. The hr manager of black n white soln who interviewed me was really bad,he don't know how to motivate job seekers. Didn't offer any job. Then i was sent to hgs company hr named nitish,who was kind of ok person,without interviewing me properly,he came to the conclusion that i can't work properly in any company without giving me any chance. Stop judging people without knowing them properly,who the hell are you people to judge the abilities of any person.That too offering such a less salary of 10k.It's only related to bpo jobs.Worst consultancy.Not even worth a single star,waste of time n money.

It is really good recruiter company. No one are cheated here as others. If you are failing with one company, they will help with other company.

Worse experience they lie when they hire you for a good company. No knowledge about there clients what they are offering what are the benefits.

Very friendly environment, experienced HRs who guide you through the entire process, little tedious process since you have to sit the entire day but you would get your offer letter on the same day. Overall I would recommend Black and White.

Cheaters and liars!
I was selected for a particular company after attending the interview process at this Agency. However, to my shock, on the day of joining, I'm registered under another agency as a contractor.
Absolutely no response from Black and White Agency!
I am working but under some other agency as a contractor.
B&W seems absolutely least bothered about this issue. They don't realise that this can literally ruin my start to a brilliant future and growth in the company!

This consultancy is ridiculous as they are not professional at all. They do a lot of unethical things. Please never visit them it is just a waste of time and money.

Bad experience no proper response from anyone, I don't no whether they conducting interviews by hr r Tellicaller, bad experience by attending waste of time they will prefer voice process with less salary I prefer to don't go n waste the time no proper communication

First of all I have to thank this consultancy for getting me a job. They have good companies tied up to them to help for candidates. HR Spoorthy, Priya, Princy are very nice and helpful to the candidates.

IT WAS excellent. THEY WERE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND MY NEED AND PROVIDED A GOOD GUIDANCE WELL.

It s difficult to reach their numbers and even when you get to talk to one of the recruiters they won t talk to you about opening and will say they will call you back - which never happens! So frustrating! They don t call back even after numerous calls and texts.
