Attended an interview recently, had a great experience with this company ..
It s the best place to look for a job. It is worth giving many STARS . They know the value of a job ................. Attending an interview is not a waste of time............. They know the requirement of many companies and before scheduling the interview with a candidate they make sure he/she is eligible for multiple companies, making it simple when they call for the interview. While scheduling the interview they are transparent with the candidate and inform and mention all details with regard to salary, location, timing and age...... Attending an interview takes time and I believe number of rounds of interview or time taken should not matter because it is a job that we are doing it for and a job is worth it. Even if we don t get the job in the end getting feedback on the performance in the interview is valuable as it will improve the ability to get a job in future. All companies have different criteria for job openings, understanding the different requirements help similar job seekers to understand their standing in the market. At the end of the day, for a job seeker, an opportunity to showcase his / her ability is the starting point to secure a job. They do a good job in providing that opportunity......

It's a good experience for me. I faced the telephonic HR round .It takes about five minutes and they asked about my memorable days in my college. I explained it for two minutes.Finally Iam selected.

Black and white is very good company and happy with this co, and they suggested very well.

Followups are good, I received 3 calls from them confirming my schedule.They have a lot of fresher HRs doing the screening and handling candidates. I am totally not satisfied with the time it took, I did not even attend one round though i am very well experienced in the field I do not agree with the fact that you had to go through screening through these fresh hrs. I think experienced candidates should be given priority and should be handled by experienced HRs.

the next day a rude lady called me ( swathi i guess ) and questioned me about why i left without informing them.. she was so rude that she pissed me off to core..

my recruiter name is sharon. she was polite and very friendly. No, I won't recommend this consultancy to anyone unless they kick out some of its rude attitude HRs period

Bottom line
Black and White Business solution should provide behavioral train for most of their fresher HRs particularly the one who called me.

Good agency to get BPO and KPO jobs, staffs are very polite and the response is good

They will call you for interviews saying that they are hiring for Big MNC companies and after you go there they will just ask self introduction and tell you to leave

Worst experience I went there for an Interview, they told me to sit for 2 minutes, I sat down for 2 hours, even the person who has scheduled my Interview didn't came out to meet me
