Super friendly service, and comfy seats. Their nitro cold brew is super smooth, and the black cat bomb keeps me going back. Definitely recommend!

Every time I come here I have nice, easy conversation with the staff which feels rare these days. Nothing is forced or inauthentic. They gave me a juice sample, coffee is always great, thanks y all!

There's a great spot to have a coffee meeting. They have the doors open out to the parking lot with a nice breeze flowing through. The coffee was really good an art on the walls was amazing. I didn't have anything to eat this time maybe I will next time.

This cute little shop has become my new favorite in the area. The best parts: cozy atmosphere with mood lighting, extensive espresso drink/tea menu, as well as friendly and accommodating staff. One of the best parts is its inviting homey atmosphere. There are too many coffee shops in Phoenix trying to over-brand themselves with expensive drinks and a pretentious atmosphere. This little spot is perfect and boasts great drinks.

My favorite coffee place! I always go here when I'm on this side of town. Very reasonably priced and so much better then Starbucks and Dutch Brothers.

Now under new ownership, the young couple who purchased the Black Cat are really interested in making this a great neighborhood coffee shop and gathering place. They care about and are interested in their customers' feedback. In the meantime, they make really good, freshly brewed by order, iced teas.

There are several good reasons to revisit this place and great coffee is only one of them. It is small place but with a friendly atmosphere. Everything about this place is the opposite of industrial looking national coffee shop chains.

Black Cat has been one of my go-to coffee shops for several years. The owners and staff are amazing, the drinks are great (especially the B-Cat Bomb!), the atmosphere is always welcoming and chill. Definitely a great place to meet up with friends and enjoy a cup of coffee!

My black cat blended drink is delicious and I love the feline decor and atmosphere. Definitely will be coming back. Only negative is that it's pretty small so there's not really a good place to wait for your order so it does feel cramped

I went to Black Cat for the first time on Friday. I don't know what took me so long since it is right in the neighborhood. This place is great and is my new go to place. They offer French Press coffee which is wonderful and so hard to find. Nice people, great decor.

I love coming to this place! Best chai tea I've ever had :). It's a great place to get some work done and hang out. Never really busy like Starbucks, and nearby to other great restaurants and things to do.

One of the few coffee shops in the valley with comfortable chairs! This is a super chill coffee shop. Not super busy on a Saturday morning/afternoon so easy to find a table to sit and work. The baristas are super friendly too!

Very relaxed place for coffee and tea. They have great Thai iced tea, and the food is good as well. I would say the prices here are slightly higher than other coffee shops, but they are consistent

Black Cat is an amazing coffee place! The variety is fantastic, the coffee has wonderful flavor and the staff is always exceptional. There is zero reason anyone should be going to Starbucks when a real coffee place like this one is around. The inside is quiet and relaxed and the art inside is amazing. A tip...you can't peel the sticker from the cups to put it on something else. I think they have one of the best logos around!

The crowd is largely high school kids (Arcadia high across the street) but it's also very quiet, so you can definitely study or carry on a conversation easily.

This was my favorite place until the new owner took over this summer. The friendly staff that had been there forever are all gone, and the feel of the whole place has changed dramatically for the worst . I stopped coming for serveral months and decided to give it a try again hoping the new owner has had enough time to find their footing. I was WRONG! The barista was rude, the music was so loud you could barely hear and it was uncomfortabley warm. Bring back Don, Tima and the old crew to save this place before its too late Please!

Black Cat is my favorite place for a Sunday afternoon. I can study or just relax. Today (3/26) a 3 peice band is playing old jazz hits on the sidewalk. And they updated the artwork recently, too.

Been meaning to try this place. I was going to The Henry a lot, which I truly enjoy, but needed something less "high end" and relaxed. This place definitely has it. The employees were nice, and informative. It seems to be a place that consists of nothing but regulars, because the cashier asked if this was my first time in here. The coffee was excellent. Medium red eye (Iced toddy with a shot) Cool, quiet environment. I truly do enjoy this coffee shop and think they should all be like this. Living so close to this place is a plus.

This is my all time favorite coffee place!! The coffee is so smooth and flavorful. They have many coffee options as well as other beverages.

The also offer ground coffee or beans to purchase. I bought some ground coffee for my espresso and I absolutely love it.

Writing this makes me really sad, but as much as I have always loved their black cat bomb I don't think I'm going to ever go back. I go in today and the guy behind the counter isn't wearing a mask and is talking to another customer about how it is basically covid is not a big deal, it's like the flu and you can just get a vaccine for it. Unfortunately, I have a friend who got it really bad and now struggles to live her daily life due to it messing up her lungs. Therefore, I can't consciously support a business that has this stance and doesn't want to take the basic idea of wearing a mask to protect others seriously.

Edit: I'm not asking why he's not wearing a mask. I am expressing concern for others wellbeing as well as calling out misinformation that he is spreading.

A hidden gem. Coffee, Chai, pastry and hot breakfast sandwiches served with a smile. Not crowded at all, at a time of day when Starchucks has a 30 minute wait. And the coffee is as good or better.

Probably one if the best small coffee shop in the Valley. Easily a better alternative to Starbucks. The owners and team are extremely friendly and customer service oriented. And I believe they live in the neighborhood. I ve had their Nitro Coffee, Chai Tea latte, Cold Brew, Smoothies, and Italian Sodas. All exactly what I needed on those respective days.

Great coffee iced chai, they can make the drinks using different types of milk like Almond and Coconut milk for those who have allergies to traditional milk. They display paintings by local artists. Very relaxing and cool atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out.

Wanted to verge out during an extended break between classes, and I m so glad I came across this coffee house. Delicious drinks, great atmosphere, and I love that they feature local artists and sell their work on their walls. Will definitely return.

Friendly service from both of the ladies working inside, and the quickest I've gotten in and out of a coffee shop in a long time. Delicious iced coffee and iced americano with deep flavors and a crisp, non-acidic aftertaste. Clean place with a quiet and relaxed ambiance. Somewhat old school and down-to-earth coffee shop feel. I'd like to come back to try breakfast or a dessert and do a little work on my laptop (free wifi).

Black cat is an amazingly underrated local coffee shop, their blended coffees are so good, I recommend getting either the plain blended coffee with whip and chocolate sauce or their black cat bomb, one of their specialty blended drinks
