AZDA was a wonderful experience for me. Being someone who is generally nervous about dental appointments, they remained professional and had me feeling comfortable by the end of my appointment. The staff were kind and made me feel at home. Dr. Channer was a wonderful doc who remained professional throughout my time there. You are in great hands when working with him or any of the other staff. If any of you are not a fan of dental appointments, I would give AZDA a try. They have a team that makes you feel safe and comfortable during a procedure that can be very nerve racking.

Our son Cam has had Dental Anesthesia services from Dr. Channer on several occasions over the past 2 years. Dr. Channer is great, always on time, courteous and very professional. I have worked with this extraordinary group, all are great with the patient's. They are professional, attentive, and kind. They thoroughly explain the procedure beginning to end. All provide comfort for parents and patients. They explain the procedure to small children in a way the child can understand. Overall they are all great in what they do.

The pediatric dental office I work for only uses AZDA for in-office anesthesia(specifically Dr. Wall and Dr. Phan). They are both amazing at making sure that all precautions are taken before any patient is seen in the office. They thoroughly explain the procedure to everybody before beginning. Both doctors are extremely attentive to each patient they have under general anesthesia. Needless to say, AZDA is amazing!

My special needs son, Grant, recently underwent extensive dental work under general anesthesia administered by Dr. Glade Cox. I could not be more satisfied with the attention and care Dr. Cox showed to Grant and to us as his parents. It was obvious Dr. Cox is very intelligent, well-trained and professional. As soon as I met him, I was impressed by the compassion he showed for his patients (and anxious mom). The entire staff was helpful, too, from scheduling, billing and pre-op workups. My son has a rare genetic disorder and the doctors were consulting with us and other professionals days in advance of the procedure to ensure Grant's safety. I highly recommend Dr. Cox and AzDA.

This team was absolutely amazing! They treated my 9 year old son as if he was their own. They took away any fear he had and made it comfortable For us both. Our 5 year old daughter went under Anesthesia for quite a bit of dental work. Dr. Phan was amazing every step of the way! My husband had major nerves when it came to this procedure and Dr. Phan made him and I very comfortable with our daughter s care. My husband and I loved working with Dr. Phan during my son's dental procedure! He was so informative and very adamant about making sure all of our concerns were addressed with the anesthesia. I know sedation is supposed to relax you, but I haven't felt that calm and we'll taken care off by a dental professional in awhile! I highly recommend it. I don't remember anything besides the smiles before things got started! Thanks!

My son had GA for dental work by Dr Hom last week and he made everything very comfortable for my son. He is very interactive, compassionate and caring. He takes the time with parents to explain in detail the procedure and answer any questions. He also was very available to answer questions after the procedure. I've been in the pediatric dental field for 10+ years and have worked along side a few Dental Anesthesiologist. Hands down Dr.Channer and his team are the best. They are so caring and professional. The care Dr. Channer and his team gives is second to none. I have first hand watched Dr.Channer put a nervous parent at ease by thoroughly answering any question about anesthesia. They were GREAT! Would definitely use them again if I had too! Do not wish to be in that situation again but I wouldn t hesitate if it came down to it. I was a nervous wreck, the team reassured me that everything would be fine, and understood my worries and concerns. They allowed my son to sit on my lap. Tried the mask on me to make him feel comfortable and allowed me to hold him while they administered the sleep medication. Doctors gave us updates every 5-10 minutes and my baby boy was done in no time. He is back up and normal an hour after being put to sleep for dental work. THANK YOU GUYS! I had Dr. Phan and staff and again they were INCREDIBLE!! 10 stars if I could.

Dr Phan was the anesthesiologist for my almost 17 year old autistic son, who needed lots of work done. Dr Phan was kind, caring, informative, and basically phenomenal in treating my very big child. It s refreshing to know that there are medical professionals who are actually human, because it doesn t always feel that way. Our 2 year old had dental surgery yesterday and Dr Phan was his anesthesiologist. He sat down with us and explained the whole procedure and answered all of our questions. He was very kind and gentle with our little guy and made an unpleasant and unfortunate event a little more calming and a lot less nerve wracking. Dr. Mathew Wall and the staff at the Glendale office did an amazing job with my daughter. My 6 year old daughter and I had the pleasure of being under the care of Dr. Phan and his assistant. They kept reassuring us that everything looks good and will take good care of my daughter. He treated my daughter as if she was his own. From lifting her up and placing her in the chair, then wrapping her up with a blanket; just to make sure she is warm and comfortable. As a parent, I would recommend Dr. Phan and his team to any and everyone! How often do you have physicians personally reaching out to you to make sure that everything is going well at home post-procedure? Dr. Phan exhibits confident, expertise in anesthesia! Prior to meeting Dr. Phan, we d waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes & all types of thoughts encompassed my brain. I d contemplated leaving & rescheduling yet I m glad to know my 4-year old will no longer suffer from dental cavities.

In reminiscing about my son s surgery, It s difficult to notate a single encounter as being significant. However, it s rather extraordinary the ENTIRE surgery from beginning to end: progressed EXACTLY as Dr. Phan stated. Thus, I ve confirmed it s truly not EXAGGERATION that Dr. Phan has completed nearly a grand anesthetic procedures.

Initially, I thought to look so young, Dr. Phan obviously had the numbers misconstrued. I m tickled pink to learn Dr. Phan fails to jeopardize a parent s most valuable possession (a child) and numbers are meaningless. It was very important for me to hear Dr. Phan say, I must listen to ________ s lungs and breathing to ensure he s well. (while further referencing expert medical research)

Once home, my son was happy his tooth was fixed. He walks away with a good dental experience which is imperative for good oral health. Today, I m a HAPPY mother because now my son has a good, PLEASANT experience as a child all because of Pediatric Dentistry & Anesthesiology.

A day that started off with my wife trembling and shedding tears ended in smiles and satisfaction. With that being said, I would like to take a moment to recognize Dr. Glade Cox and the amazing services that we received while working under his care over at Wild West Dentistry. You know, as a parent, it is extremely difficult to have to put your kids through any type of procedures that may require them to be put under anesthesia. There are always many questions or concerns that we parents may have during these procedures. Working with Dr. Cox made this whole experience painless. We were extremely pleased with the patience and knowledge that he displayed from start to finish. He always maintained a very professional, positive and patient attitude while walking us through the entire anesthesia procedure. Made us feel extremely comfortable and relieved knowing that our child was under his care. What was most impressive to us was the way he handled the children (including my own). He had a good way of making the experience fun for our child. We walked in with a nervous child who was under the impression that all doctors are scary and want to poke him with needles all over. But 5 mins with Dr. Cox, and our child was all smiles and willingness to play whatever necessary games to help make the procedure as smooth as possible. I have to say, all the doctors there were great but DR. COX takes the cake. I hope that everyone gets the opportunity to work with him. Being in the dental field, I know how important it is to get treatment done if it is necessary. Being a mother, I had many sleepless nights knowing my 4 year old needed said treatment and would wonder how I would get it done.
I also know the different sedation options out there- the sleepy juice, the papoose, and IV sedation and the pros and cons of each.
The biggest con for IV that I had was the possibility of her not waking up at the end, I'm sure this fear is normal in most parents.
Well let me tell you, if I would have met Dr Phan and his assistant beforehand I would have slept like a baby this whole time!
The care, attention to detail, the sincerity in both of them, it really makes a difference. But the biggest one of all is the confidence.
I would definitely do it over knowing they had my daughter, because I know they would bring her back to me.

Dr Phan was truly amazing when he saw my son a few days ago, really put us at ease with all his knowledge even my son who is 6 loved him and was not nervous at all. Dr Phan kept me updated through out the procedure and recovery was Awesome! Highly recommend Dr Phan!
