I certainly replied on October 14 and I even sent a photo on October 2 via messenger why I am returning the lipstick. So that's not right in your story. Moreover, I still have not received my money back, but I would have received that if I had filled in a form first? So then you say that you throw everything you receive that does not include an (official) form in a corner? because then the risk is for the buyer? and if it had not arrived with you with an official form? I have not heard anything more and not seen my money and I certainly do not know any other way. Goodbye.

Poor service in terms of returns handling and complaints handling

Bad service! Returned something that fits through the letterbox. So track code remains unknown at delivery time. I have several like this and this is the only company that insists it did not arrive. I no longer order there.
