Purchased a machine and since Nov 15th have requested a service and replacement toner as a precaution. To date, after speaking to many including senior management still no service. Now my machine is asking for toner. Very dissappointed. Looking for alternative source of this service and will never purchase a copier from this organization again nor recommend them.
Persons dealt with. Norberta Isaac, Rosamond Bristol, Ramona DeBique. I have email proof of these conversations.
Also the original invoice quoted for nerworking which was not requested.
Further we are a non profit org. I requested some leniency in pricing and instead had to remove my request to have the toner installed and a password set up. Great Corporate image McAl.
