Last January I went on a winter sports holiday with a group of friends to Les Sybelles. The choice on the site was great. We booked three days before departure, but the vouchers and documents were arranged on time. We also had some questions in the village and these were well answered by our tour guide.
After having booked at Bizztravel for a number of years, I am still very satisfied.
Worst Customer Service Ever!! Extortionist fees and business practices!
I signed up with a group, paid my deposit but I wasn't 100 percent sure if I'd be able to go.
The Date to confirm, and pay the remaining balance rolled around. I had other commitments and couldn't go, so I didn't pay the remaining amount or confirm, assuming my deposit was forfeit.
Weeks later I hear from the leader of my group asking if I had cancelled... Cancelled. Cancelled? I wasn't told I had to cancel! He Cancelled for me BUT then Bizztravel wanted and additional 144 Euro for canceling "late"
At no point did Bizztravel communicate that a I needed take active steps to cancel, only that I needed to be sure to pay the remaining balance if I wanted to go
Despicable!
The correct prices do not match the entered date, then you better omit the prices, you still have to click everything, very annoying
Best site for skiing holidays. Booked three times, always the best price on the market.
Watch this desk. They publish photos of accommodations that strongly differ from the actual situation upon arrival. If you address them to this, you will receive the standard answer "we only give an indication". So be warned.

Great bus trips to the snow, everything arranged well. Good accommodation, not too expensive. Response speed e-mail and waiting time phone are a bit on the long side, nothing to criticize.
Compliments to Bizztravel for how they deal with the corona crisis. My trip to a risk area was canceled free of charge. A stylish and responsible attitude from the company!
Bizztravel (Sunweb) does not offer any support at all to a chalet rental company who seems to have a business model on how to withhold the deposit. Complained but cannot do anything. Review written on the website, but it is not posted because it is a complaint. And that while a similar review has been posted on the website, which has been supported in getting the deposit back! We will never book with Bizztravel / Sunweb again.
Boarding place manual required (guide, customers better inform about renovations area). Unfortunately in Eindhoven change to an older bus. Bye chic chairs. Nobody from bizztravel takes responsibility upon arrival. Defective and incorrect instructions.
