Bizztravel (Sunweb) does not offer any support at all to a chalet rental company who seems to have a business model on how to withhold the deposit. Complained but cannot do anything. Review written on the website, but it is not posted because it is a complaint. And that while a similar review has been posted on the website, which has been supported in getting the deposit back! We will never book with Bizztravel / Sunweb again.
