Bistro Boys did an outstanding job catering our Speakeasy event in February! As always, their service, presentation and most importantly, their food, was AMAZING!! Their staff is always professional and courteous. They truly care about making each event a success!
Lauren was the person we worked the most with at Bistro Boys and she was incredible. We sometimes sent 4-5 emails back and forth in one day and she was always so fast to get back to me with answers to my questions or concerns. On the day of the wedding everything went flawlessly and the food was so incredible. You know you've picked the right caterer when your guests post pictures of their food on Facebook. :)
I would most definitely recommend Bistro Boys to anyone in need of a caterer for any kind of event. They met my husband and I on our walk from the ceremony to the reception with plates of food so we wouldn't have to wait until after being announced to grab a bite. The staff were all so very nice and helpful we don't have a single negative thing to say about them.
We were very pleased with the service, responsiveness, professional and flexibility of Bistro Boys Catering while preparing for our wedding at the Clock Tower in downtown Denver. It was an even larger challenge because we were planning the wedding from Houston, but they were excellent at communication and everything went smoothly.
Kasey was very helpful in developing a Paleo menu that would work for a challenging venue that did not allow for seated plate dinners. She was also very helpful with food and alcohol estimates based on our guest list numbers. I would highly recommend Bistro Boys Catering to anyone with an upcoming event in the Denver area that requires a special menu.

I know most brides don't get to eat at their weddings, but I made it a point to grab something after seeing and hearing about the fabulous food. And I am glad I did!! It was so good!
From the start, the Bistro Boys, were a pleasure to work with. Lauren, our Bistro Boy contact, was patient and very professional. She presented us with numerous options and let us go back and forth for sometime while we were trying to decide. We ended up with a heavy hors d'oeuvre buffet style which was PERFECT! I highly recommend the mac and cheese and chicken sliders, well actually everything I ate was wonderful.
The food was not the only wonderful thing, so was the services they provided. The staff was VERY friendly and professional. They helped coordinate table rentals and alcohol orders, as well as, table set-ups. I will definitely use Bistro Boys again and recommend them.
Our family meets in Breckenridge, Colorado every Thanksgiving for a ski vacation/reunion. We alway cater the Turkey, Ham and some side dishes then supplement with all our own favorite dishes. This year the catering company we had previously been using was no longer open, so I went in search of a new catering company. Look no more! The experience was fantastic from the beginning with "Tess" who is very professional, through at her job and had excellent follow-up. To the all important end products (the food) that were simply delicious! The ham was incredible, not too salty as many can be, had a delicious mustard coating and was very moist. The turkey was equally moist and delicious as was the sage gravy, mashed potatoes, cranberry relish, sausage dressing etc. Many in our family kept raving about that ham in particular, but really everything overall was great quality.
It was a blessing in disguise that the former catering company was out of business as the quality at Bistro Boys was better!

Bistro Boys catered my wedding, and it was amazing! They were attentive to details and accommodated our every request-from cooking the beef more to going above and beyond with cleaning up, as we had a late night wedding. The staff knew how to set the room, and they were very self sufficient throughout the whole night. I was able to cherish the night, not to mention the food was delicious! I would highly recommend Bistro Boys to cater your event.
Worst experience with a caterer ever. Hired for my sons bar mitzvah. The planning stage went well but the execution couldn't have been worse. First they set up the buffet w just one side to use for a crowd of 125. The line took so long all the food was cold by the time most were served. Apparently they forgot to pack knives so instead of running to a nearby store, they told my guests to spread butter on a roll w the back of their forks. That might have been ok if I wasn't spending so much money
Every time the salad ran out, which was often because there was one serving bowl for 125, the line waited for a replacement which took way too long. This just kept all waiting and let food get colder and colder.
A complete tray of desserts fell off the buffet because of their poor set up. Many did not get anything for dessert
When I tried to discuss my disappointment with the caterer they refused to respond to my emails. The only recourse I have is to warn others to stay away.
Very mediocre food and poor service. So many other choices. Hope your experience is better.
Food was pathetic, staff was late & milked the clock sitting around eating our leftovers that could have been turned into something edible....
We told the coordinator we would provide nonalcoholic beverages, and they brought their own and charged us anyway.....etc.

Exceptional experience using Bistro Boys. The food was excellent. We had four staff members, including a bar tender, at our function from Bistros Boys. They were professional and attentive throughout. Lots of special little touches to make for a fabulous party. I will definitely use them again.
