Overall, very good and better than what I expected. Their fresh Sourdough bread is just awesome. We ordered two servings because it's made in house and comes out warm and beautiful. The food quality is very good. Top to bottom are Gazpacho soup, Beet Salad, Grilled Tombo Tuna, Pork, Passionfruit Sorbet and Strawberry Shortcake. It received only 4 stars because they need to up their presentation just a bit and there is a lot of competition restaurant-wise to be considered 5 star.. Sorbet was served very plain for example and many places serve a beet salad, gazpacho, or pork. I would go back. Service was very good.

Great spot for lunch, brunch, dinner. They have an awesome seasonal menu. I honestly have never been disappointed with anything I've ordered. Staff is fantastic, attentive and professional, as well as personable. Great "hide-a-way" ambiance. Bottom line: good food, good libations, good people.

A very special place. Everything was wonderful. Had a table right next to the pool. The corn ricotta ravioli had great flavors and was perfect for sharing. The beet salad with spinach and dates was very good. Loved the salmon with pea puree and English peas. Cooked perfectly. The pear cherry crostata was excellent!

First time at the Purple Palm but certainly wont be our last! We started with a cocktail and I sure would recommend" the purple gang" the drink with float of pinot noir was so pretty in presentation and so tasty! Our group tried about everything on the menu from the starters to main dishes and we found the dishes very creative and quite tasty. The house made ricotta gnocchi with wild mushrooms was so wonderful. The chickpea fries yum yum! The roasted beet salad..loved the hazelnut touch. House made tagliatelle so, so good and loved the whole cloves of roasted garlic in it. The fish lover in the group said the pan roasted salmon was excellent. The za'atar roasted baby carrots just wonderful. The prosciutto wrapped pork tenderloin was so tender and such a great flavor. I could go on.... Thank you chef! We will see you again soon!

Great food, stellar vibe & very helpful waiters. They brought a doggie water bowl for our puppy before could even ask, and hooked up a free desert for my girl on her birthday.

Try the burger, it's amazing!

Way too overwhelming interior design for me, especially in the morning. Found myself staring out the doors to the pool most of the time, which is thankfully a beautiful and serene view. Great Bloody Mary's though! Food was good but not good enough for me to remember what I had, or maybe that's because of the Bloody Mary's?

Very nice vintage building and grounds located within the renowned Colony Palms Hotel in the Movie Colony district in Palm Springs. Delicious progressive cuisine within this historical hotel. Lovely poolside patio dining or inside seating. Moderately priced, welcoming, friendly talent awaits your visit.

sadly mediocre food, with the kind of dishes where you wonder if the sauce/veggies would much better fit to a completely different type of meat/fish. everything smelled as if it had been fried in the same, bad frying oil. hosts tried their best, atmosphere ok-ish, but really everything felt a bit too cheap for the prices. seems this place has seen better days it cant keep up with today.

Went on the recommendation of a close friend. Found it hard to find the entrance. Once inside, it felt like a 1930 s movie star oasis. Beautiful, charming and we loved our server Katrina! The starter was delightful, and dinner was chicken cordon bleu and lamb shank. We had the brownie which was just right. I had a lovely wine and my wife had a Pinot Noir which she loved. The staff was attentive but not imposing. The portions delightful and the food looked as good as it tasted. We whole heartedly recommend it!

This is a cute little place with a bit of a Moroccan theme. Interesting history if you look it up. The food is good. They have large serving sizes. I was full after the chips and guacamole did not make a dent in the salad.
I didn't enjoy their dessert menu. Fancy places like this always have fancy desserts and I'm a traditional lady .

Dined here for brunch on New Years Day. We had reservations and were sat immediately. I tried one of their signature drinks, the Rio Rita it was quite good. We ordered the Kinilaw ceviche - best dish of the day! Also enjoyed the burger and the jidori chicken wrap.

Beautiful boutique restaurant

Beautiful boutique restaurant
with a wonderful romantic, intimate atmosphere. We were a group of seven. We had a relaxing fun evening. The food was spectacular, freshly prepared and so tasty. Our table was by the pool, which was lit up and throughout the area were soft white lights; creating a wonderful atmosphere. To top it all off, there was a solo guitarist playing acoustic music. I will definitely go back if I get the chance.

Trendy, stylish and hipster millennial crowd surrounded us during the Coachella Music Fest. Levi's threw their annual party and fashion show around the pool. Very fun people watching while we enjoyed healthy gourmet salads and sipped creatively mixed drinks. Its a very relaxing atmosphere to soak up while dining alfresco and lounging in the setting sun.

The food of this place used to be amazing. The new administration is so disappointing. We ordered the vegetable soup and it came out cold, tasteless, the forgot the spoon and then brought us the biggest spoon they could find for a very tiny bowl. Butter wasn t good either. Please please for the love of God! Fire your chef and hire someone more qualified. Not even a can soup was so bad as the one we had today. Not coming back.

Weather turned cold and rainy which threw a wrench in the outdoor seating. Owner was very gracious in handling our bar bill and communicative during the delay. The food outdid the hospitality. Thanks for a wonderful evening....

It is quintessential Palm Springs with exemplary staff, brand new decor, with a baby grand piano and poolside view. The new Chef is incredible, only sourcing items from the local organic farms.

Amazingly good tasting too. And that was true of all the dishes. I could go on, but the menu changes every month. So, your experience (and my next one) here is likely to be different as far as food menu goes. But what won't change is the level of quality, the superb dining experience, and the unique small group and chef dynamic that make this the best experience in the Seattle.

Lovely setting, we sat by the pool. Coffee was good, everyone enjoyed their meal. My only complaint is, with a hotel and restaurant of this caliber, that the tomatoes were terrible. They were light orange and waxy. I ordered them as a side. Either the chef or the server should have made the call that the tomatoes were substandard and not served them. Other than that, everything was delightful.

We had dinner here this week and had a great experience. The dining room is very stylized and the service (our server was Nico) is excellent. We shared the Ceasar salad (very good) and had the 12 hour pork shank and Barramundi entrees (both delicious) plus a nice bottle of Oregon Pinot Gris. Like Farm, this is one of PS upscale restaurants and seems to be doing really well and for good reason. Definitely with a visit.

We had the best time at Purple Palm! Amazing food, amazing service! For starters, we had the Burrata with freshy baked sourdough bread, as recommended by our wonderful server Catherine. For drinks, we had the Purple Gang (excellent!) and Mojave Mule. For the main courses, we had the most wonderful Pan-roasted Salmon and Tagliatelle. And they even gave us a free sampling of their sorbets (lemon, passionfruit and mango) since we wer celebrating our anniversary. Will definitely be back!

My first time at Purple Palm. Excellent ambiance! Wait staff was very nice, friendly and helpful with the menu. Sat outside by the pool for lunch. I'll admit my back was to the pool and I was a bit distracted by the folks enjoying the pool. Next time I will sit facing the pool! Great lunch options!

Having been here several times we were sorely disappointed by the quality of the food taste and presentation. Although the apps we're delish, the mains; scallops we're gritty and the pork very fatty....we barely touched them.
