Our family meets in Breckenridge, Colorado every Thanksgiving for a ski vacation/reunion. We alway cater the Turkey, Ham and some side dishes then supplement with all our own favorite dishes. This year the catering company we had previously been using was no longer open, so I went in search of a new catering company. Look no more! The experience was fantastic from the beginning with "Tess" who is very professional, through at her job and had excellent follow-up. To the all important end products (the food) that were simply delicious! The ham was incredible, not too salty as many can be, had a delicious mustard coating and was very moist. The turkey was equally moist and delicious as was the sage gravy, mashed potatoes, cranberry relish, sausage dressing etc. Many in our family kept raving about that ham in particular, but really everything overall was great quality.
It was a blessing in disguise that the former catering company was out of business as the quality at Bistro Boys was better!
