Better than average food, decent service, but fantastic bartenders with original concoctions. Good atmosphere as well

Bistro 135 is a classy Italian venue with great service and absolutely delicious food! My sister and I love their macaroni and cheese!

Food was awesome and delicious. The chicken juicy and cook to perfection as well as the salmon. Friendly personnel. Would recommend to anyone.

Food and service is great. They need a bit of an overhaul of the interior though. The ceiling vents, intake vent and sound dampening board were covered in dust from the HVAC system and had apparently not been cleaning in some time. There should be a wall between the dining area and the wait station.

Great service, wine and food. The artichoke dip was incredible.

Missed the mark on my dinner?
Perhaps a large birthday party threw the cooks off but my ribeye was cold and unseasoned. Bland!
Not good at all!!
Bartender made it right by taking my dinner off the bill but I ended up eating dinner at Applebee's!
Shame when Applebee's blows you out of the water

Great food, great service. Small place but we'll with it. A little spendy, group of 16 and Bill was $900. Would have given five stars if price was a little lower. Impossible burger was delicious.

How can i not rate it a 5? Im totally bias cuz the owner/exective chef is an old buddy of mine. But seriously the flavor combinations and presentation are like no other. The bacon jalepeno mac and cheese is out of this world. Also had the tacos, scallops and meatballs. Their liquor, wine and beer choices are phenominal. Delicious food nice atmosphere. Way to bring downtown tracy back to life number 2!!

The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere and service. It can get a little noisy on a Friday night.

New local joint. I was surprised at the presentation and quality of the food. Would defiantly eat there again and try more of their menu.

Service was friendly and we didn't wait too long for anything. Food was tasty. So many good choices it was hard to choose. A date night winner for us. We are looking forward to going back to try other items

Excellent dinning experience every time we've been there. Weather at the bar area or a table, staff and food is always amazing. Place is getting recognized so recommend you make a reservation.

The food is amazing and the service is great. Chef Kevin's dishes never disappoint and Mike behind the bar makes some great Moscow Mules. The beer selection rotates some great beers. You won't find a better restaurant in the area.

Slowest service ever , ordered coffee and never got it.....a party of 14 and it took 25 minutes before anyone took our drinks order Another 20 minutes to GET the drinks....did I mention that we NEVER got the coffee and it was STILL on the very LARGE Bill of $731.00 + gratuities that we're added automatically as if they gave good service

Everything was very good, took me and my girl for something different a friend of mine suggested and maan, meat is so crispy outside yet soft and juicy inside, my bone in pork chop was tender an juicy, so were the mushrooms very good! All around good, expensive but worth the pricing.

Food was really good and different, a bit pricey. If you go on the weekend make sure to have a reservation. Great cocktails, craft beer selection, and wine, again a bit pricey.

Mediocre at best. Way to pricey for what you get. A little more emphasis on quality and value would go a long way. On a plus note, service was good.

Great food and drinks. I really enjoy the atmosphere. Prices are a bit high, but that is what you expect with an upscale bistro.

This was our first time here. We went for happy hour & dinner. I've been complaining how Tracy doesn't have a decent Italian restaurant. Well, I had their chicken parmesan over homemade fettuccini with Bolognese sauce and it was delicious!!!!! Next time I'm going to try the Bolognese over fettuccini. The happy hour red wine was Wente Southern Hills, which was also very good for $5 a good. Great place, great vibe & very busy. Highly recommend.

First time at Bistro 135 just had apps that night and drinks great group of staff and owner definitely will be going back again and nice little outdoor seating area and bar area with all the local Brews of beer and spirits definitely try it out you'll like it.

Poor customer service.
I was disappointed by this place. I asked the waitress for help with something and she said no. When I spoke to the owner she also said no. My request was an easy one to accommodate a customer. I guess they don t care about going the extra mile

Fantastic flavors, friendly waitstaff, great mixed drinks - this place never disappoints.

The atmosphere was great and the food and drinks most excellent! The Cheddar and Bacon jalapeno Mac and cheese was to die for!

Great appetizers and drink. First impression was spot on. We went for happy hour. My wife and I split the beet salad, the chicken meatballs and the scallops with italian sausage.

This is place has amazingly good food. The service and atmosphere of the restaurant is 5 star all the time. We dine in San Francisco, Napa / Sonoma and the south bay a lot. Bistro 135 is on par, if not better than, any of the top eateries in this areas. The difference is you don't have to drive an hour or more to get there.

Thank you to the staff and chefs who make our dinning experience special every time.

The food is excellent here. I have eaten here several times and every dish and dessert has been delicious. The owners and chef are great and my server Paris was amazing. She was welcoming with a smile and really catered to our group to make our dining experience perfect. I recommend Bistro 135 to everyone wanting an upscale meal at a reasonable price.

What a meal! Decided to try Bistro 135 for my birthday dinner and what an experience it was. The service and quality of the food were top notch! Started with seared scallops that were phenomenal and an order of their rich and creamy artichoke dip with crispy bacon bits! The butternut squash gnocchi with the smoked chicken, made fresh in-house, was amazing! And to top it all off, the meal ended with probably the BEST brownie I have ever eaten! It was warm and crispy with a fudgy center and served with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their next favorite place.

We went there tonight for my birthday. It was our first time and we didn't know what to expect. Everyone was so friendly and the food was amazing! We had the buffalo chicken flat bread and the cesar salad!! Even the bread you get when you sit down was soft and had lots of flavor! We will be back for sure!!

We just had an absolutely delicious dinner here! The chicken and salmon were scrumptious and the darling waitress was so accommodating with our special dietary requests. Awesome!!

I love this little gem. The brunch here is what I go for. You MUST taste the pecan bread pudding French toast!!!! Lord have Mercy!! They need to name the restaurant after this dish, delish!!. The staff is so super friendly, great atmosphere, welcoming. We also appreciate the mimosas that comes with your own bottles. Its like bottle service. Love the concept

I like it very much due to the fact that it is small restaurant with great variety food, drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, good pricing. Went on Saturday for dinner without a reservation and we didn't have to wait more than a minute to be seated. Overall great place to dine at, will definitely be returning.

Been here a few times. Sorry to say tonight missed getting mark. Flat bread inedible. Creamy chicken unseasoned and tasted like nothing. Where was the sauce? Told waitress and she just said, sorry.

Bring your own chair. Food was good. Waiter Mike is fantastic. The host/manager girl was terrible hence the 3 stars. Party of 5 at table for 4. I grabbed a chair from an empty table and she told me coldly that it was for a reservation. 24 chairs were empty within 5 min and she did not offer me one. I stood for 30 minutes until my friend left when I took his. I will not be coming back here.

Their beet salad is insane. Just trust me.
Also, get the risotto.

Excellent. We will be back! It's like, we stepped out of Tracy, and into somewhere delightful. (Should of taken photos). Crispy Crab cakes! The best I've had in a very long time. BlackBerry cider! Delish! Hubby had Margarita, very good. But next time, we gotta try those old fashions! Oh my...Devine...a higher palate...So glad we finally visited.

I had the Bison ribs quite yummy service was excellent and Leonor the bartender awesome she made us feel right at home and I also know her so she is my friend I had no idea she worked there but besides that the place was wonderful to our waitress was excellent
