Slowest service ever , ordered coffee and never go...

Slowest service ever , ordered coffee and never got it.....a party of 14 and it took 25 minutes before anyone took our drinks order Another 20 minutes to GET the drinks....did I mention that we NEVER got the coffee and it was STILL on the very LARGE Bill of $731.00 + gratuities that we're added automatically as if they gave good service
