Great hotel. Rooms are very comfortable, staff is friendly, pool area is amazing. Concierge lounge is absolutely worth the increased rate. Valet pricing is on the expensive side but it is well managed.
I like this hotel but there was a bizarre thing, My friend mail me a parcel for me to pick up at this hotel and they charged me $20 to receive it. I have been to many hotels mostly Hilton and Hyatt brand and they never charge a fee to receive a parcel from a friend while you are staying at the hotel. Just would like to advise guest of this hidden fee in case you want to receive something. It's not mentioned anywhere on their website.

Nice hotel by its location directly on Biscayne bay. Service ok by cons I prefer to eat outside (except for breakfast). Until then and after 3 stays I am satisfied. I recommend!
Location was close to Port of Miami. Very pleasant staff. Expensive parking.
Economic price. Better condition of room comparing downtown courtyard. You can use uber at any time.

located is good, staff are good, rooms are okay but nothing special. only bad thing is AC did not work too well, at times the room would get super hot since it was july.
Wonderful experience! Great price, wonderful staff, perfect location, great views, good restaurant. We stayed here on Memorial Day Weekend for two nights. 10-15 minute drive from South Beach. Parking could have been better but 24 hours for the price isn't bad. It was perfect and we will be coming back again.
Nice digs and friendly staff, however you're expected to tip (a lot). Not the kind of place I'd normally stay but had a Groupon for 1/2 off.

Rooms have no microwaves. I guess they share a couple among rooms. I was on the list to get one but never did. Causing all the leftovers I ve built up during the week to be thrown away.

I ve stayed at this hotel 3 years in a row for a conference and I have always been very happy with my stay. Rooms were well appointed with beautiful views of the bay. Service staff are always very quick, efficient and helpful.

Very nice hotel and staff, great view from our balcony of Bay and cruise ships. Received balloons and a bottle of wine for my birthday! They go above and beyond for their guests. The restaurants are excellent, not cheap but it's Miami. The pool is amazing! Definitely would stay here again !
This hotel was simply amazing from start to finish. Staff members were so helpful, friendly, and with that fantastic mix of formality and dedication to service. When I heard my waiter pointing out to the restaurant manager that he thought my dinner, would have benefitted from the addition of vegetables on the plate, I knew I was in a place where everyone cared passionately. The attention to detail is everywhere. Thank you so much!
Beautiful hotel and nice people but i today i have waited 30 minutes in the elevator and it wasn t working but they didn t put any sighn that says out of service

If you've ever stayed here before you know it's all about location. With acces to a ton of boat tours and Jet skis directly outside the hotel what more do u need.
The decor and atmosphere of the hotel are splendid. The room I stayed in was the perfect size and the perfect layout, with a truly perfect bed. Room service couldn't have been more polite and respectful. My one gripe is that an internet connection that allowed for data transfer cost $13 per night. I couldn't not have internet connection that evening, and those paid the fee, button 2017 two strand a guest in a foreign city without Wi-Fi is absolutely unthinkable.
Units were old. Condo portion had controlled access but that means you can't have guests.
Slow check-in followed by an outdated room from 90's. One towel was stained with something red which could be makeup or bodily fluid. Bed was not properly made. The housekeeping carts were still at the corridors at 9pm which shows understaffed or the staff is just was ignorant which was a definite fire hazard. In case of a fire people would trip or find no place to move between those carts. The room AC at one point started to make extraordinarily loud noises and when I tried to call the front desk guess what the button was not working, thankfully the noise subsided. You can read the hotel's restaurant review which I have written seperataly.
Breakfast was part of a group package. 4 mornings of awful. Service desk unable to get billing for the group right which created long check out times. Housekeeping was great. Room was neat and clean. I will not return.
The customer service is amazing. Best in any Marriott I have travelled to. The views are awesome. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms are very spacious!

One of my favorite hotels in Miami. Staffed by great people and conveniently located in Biscayne Bay a few miles from Bay Side, American Airlines arena and close to South Beach. The TVs offer access to Netflix without having to connect my computer to it. My outstanding experience started from the check in time, although I forgot to request the rooms to be on high floors and close to each other, Alexander made is magic and got us the rooms just as I wanted with a view. After that we were pleasant surprised to see Gabriel, although he was assisting another guest, he remembered us from the Ritz Orlando took a few minutes of his day to come and give us the same warm welcome as he had always done at the Ritz. Another note worthy experience at this hotel was the delicious breakfast and great service at the Catch restaurant. Our server Zodi, must be a mind reader because before we even had the chance to ask for anything she would come to the table with it.
Food was ok. Portions we're large. Selection was limited.
Concierge recommend a dump of a restaurant, the poolside bar made awful drinks, the elevator to the parking garage never worked, i was only there 24 hours and would recommend a different hotel.
Beautiful Hotel right on water. Conference room over looked the water and was very comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast every morning at the grill; great verity of food, good coffee and juice. Our room was spacious and well kept. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful when we ask for information about the area. They were also very helpful when I forgot a jacket, which they located and arranged for me to get it back before leaving Florida.

Beautiful hotel. The Illy coffee was very good as well. All I cared about though was the shower and the bed. Both were great. I slept well.
The Miami Marriott was a great place to stay. The accommodation and services were excellent. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and the rooms were very clean.
We had a good experience for the week that we stayed here and our view overlooking the bay was phenomenal. The hotel itself is connected to a small "mall" style set of stores and offices, which was convenient but typically prohibitively expensive for the goods and services rendered. The only downside was that the parking garage felt very cramped and detached from the main hotel; you need to leave through the main lobby door and ride a different elevator to get to self parking, unless you're using valet.
The staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed on the 28th floor and the ice machine was broken. The staff ran the ice up for use in less than 5 minutes. The pillows are soft and sheets are comfy. I've loved my stay!

I had a horrible experience here due to the hidden fees and will never book with Marriott again, I prefer air bnb.
Staff was very professional and worked hard to make my stay pleasant. I was there for a conference. The facilities for the conference were decent. Given our groups size, I would say the floor area outside the various rooms allowed for decent walking space as you moved about.
The elevators drove me and all I talked to, nuts. If your conference has an event planned at a specific time within the facility, leave early. The elevators don't seem to be equipped with any logic software that enables efficient movement of people from their rooms to the lower levels. After waiting 15 minutes for an elevator we decided to take the stairs from the 18th floor. 3 elevators did show up around the 20 minute mark, all full. Issues with the elevators seemed a consistent theme for the week.
The room was cleanish...I would say not enough effort on detailed cleaning. Look in the corners of the room, closet, bathroom and you will see debris, etc... One of our party had a makeup brush and dirty socks in his closet.
Safe did not work in two of the five rooms we rented.

Convenient location and decent amenities with outdated interiors. Pool area is extremely windy due to the tunnel affect by adjacent building. Very close to parks and nice walkable area. Fitness center is decent with free weights and machines.
Marriott Biscayne bay is one of the nicest hotels in Miami. Great location and view on the waterside. Every morning you will be able to admire the sunrise and its reflection on the water. Wide and clean rooms featuring all the facilities you need for a restful stay. Fair breakfast at the lobby level, also with a great view on the Marina. This great hotel is managed by a smart and helpful staff.
Shopping place and shopping gallery overlooking biscay bay where there are yachts and boats for a walk, there is a Disney store that has everything and cheaper than in the parks
Really nice rooms and amenities. Valet is quick and on time. Lots of security and very clean. Parking is a bit of a hassle only bc of the construction in the area but valet is affordable and worth it. Definitely staying again.
