A large and clear Lidel with friendly and good-humored staff, which keeps your nerve even in stressful situations and gives you a smile, so I praise myself for that and like to be a customer again next time

A very nice clean Lidl shop. The fruits and vegetables are fresh. The baked goods also fresh. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no long waiting at the coffers. If there is too much traffic, another cash register will be opened. The offers are well priced. Everything was very well sorted. There are enough parking spaces available, including disabled parking. The shop is easy to reach. Also from the nearby Aral gas station. It is only a few meters walk. Gladly again a visit to Lidl.

Since the conversion is not so great everything totally confused I think. The cooling, for example, on the walls almost through the whole store ask me who plans something like that. If you take something from the cooling on the one hand and then buy it normally then it's thawed until you come to the cash register. The biggest nonsense I ever saw. Came the planner can probably fresh from the university and has never shopped.

I've been doing my weekly shopping there for years...

I've been doing my weekly shopping there for years, so I'm a regular customer. Unfortunately, the last two weeks it was extremely uncomfortable to shop there. I understand that employees are annoyed about Corona, but I find it a huge mess to put any goods and pallets in the aisles everywhere. You HAVE to use a shopping cart, which is ok, but then the goods are in the middle of the aisles so that the cart cannot pass. If you mean ea nice and make space for the employees to pass with the goods, then they will be placed directly in front of the car. What shoud that? Today it was very, very extreme. My 70 year old mother had to push some of the goods away herself to get to the checkout. Actually I would have given the Lidl 5 stars, but with the behavior I would even give 0 stars if that were possible. My tip to the branch: If you don't feel like meeting customers, then close! I won't go shopping there anymore.
