Excellent CNC and QC department.
Knowable teachers.
Great place to learn.

The staff is rude.
They do not respond to emails.
They don't return phone calls.
Managers will not do anything to resolve student's problems.

If you are looking for CNC training go somewhere else. Community colleges are offering better quality classes for much cheaper and dont have mess in their documents. They make you pay tax for money you never receive from scholarship and when you go to accounting office they dont know what they are talking about. It took them a week to tell me that they have no idea what happened to money and why i have to pay tax for it. Dont bother to go to administration office because they are always too busy or they dont know how to help. In my opinion IRS should check on this place because it looks very suspicious. Go to community colleges for CNC training.

So rude staff!!!! I don't understand why student service people can be this rude, I've never seen these kinds of people during all my college, university years. Every time I try to talk to them they are just so moody...It's not just me, my classmates all say the same thing. These people just don't know how to talk with others. No workplace ETHIC!!!!
I'm wondering if the boss or director sees these kind of attitude of his/her staff... I wonder he/she knows about it or even he knows just ignore about it? ... I Don't like to talk to them because of their attitude.

I graduated from BIR and proud of it. In the beginning it was a struggle but I managed to make it. No one is perfect stop pointing out others mistakes and look at yourself. All every one was concerned about was the checks and when you did not get them you got upset. Why register for school but do not want to attend class. Oh cause you was to busy trying to beat the system and get a free check. News flash no such thing as free. I took my state test and passed. Im proud of my accomplishment. BIR helped me gain the knowledge of becoming not just a medical assistant but a Registered Medical Assistant.

cheap school. Charges students even for printing FEW pages.
Would not recommend to anybody.

Worst school I ever went to. I had so much trouble with the loan that I got from this school, my head hurts. Bir financial office is a laugh in the room. From the moment when the school got the money I could not contact them. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there.

Went here a few years ago wasn t able to finish my course but I m intrested in finishing dies anyone have any idea how I can contact the school or get my old transcripts

Terrible business approaches, poor management and absence of communication. Just a bogus institution!
