I just wanted to share my experience. Not only do I meet with Sonny 3x a week for training, my child also takes boxing lessons. From day one I was impressed not only by his professionalism, but by his passion for physical fitness. He is motivating, and knowledgeable. This gym is always buzzing with that family feel ! If you are looking for encouragement from a talented trainer and coach, with a fun atmosphere where everyone is welcome this is your place!!

Sonny s boxing and fitness gym is excellent! They are extremely dedicated in getting you in the best shape while making you feel confident and motivated!! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to train or learn how to box as a beginner. Fabulous place! You will NOT regret coming here!!!

This is a terrific gym. The people are terrific as well. The environment is beautiful, clean as a whistle and motivating. The staff is tops. I have been coming here for almost a year and learned more than I could imagine. I have also gotten into the best shape of my life. My wife and son are now also attending and loving it. I highly recommend this gym.

Great gym, great staff, great people in and out. Everyone is polite and the gym itself is inviting. I feel great working out here. Even the open gym is tough, but I feel like I accomplish something every day. If you don't know how to use equipment, or just simply want advice, just ask and the staff will help. I look forward to what the future has in store for me at Sonny's.

Nice Clean gym , friendly staff that work great , or allow you to get your work done without bugging

I started the women's boxing class about a month ago. Sonny is an awesome trainer and the women that have been going there for awhile also step in to assist with the different items we are doing. Sonny keep up the good work. Yes I'm there on a groupon but seriously thinking about joining as a member and getting rid of the gym I belong to. This is exactly what I was looking for - can't get this in a regular gym !!!!

My 13 yr old son had been attending for a few months now and he really enjoys coming. I really like seeing how all the children are greeted by name as they walk into the boxing gym.
