Washington Management and Associates Review

Terrible website. I m just trying to pay an hoa fee lol was easy before this company took over my hoa. Their website takes you through this portal, then you click on pay now and get redirected to another site called ZEGO Pay Lease here you will find nothing works, it s a dead end. They basically make it impossible to pay your bill. Keeps saying error no matter what I do or what info I enter , can t create an account or do anything. I ve never experienced anything like it lol completely useless, usually companies make it easy for them to pay as they like money , but it s like they are doing it on purpose to make it more difficult

It has been an honor and a privilege to work alongside Management and Associates and their staff. Who are attentive and responsive to any issues that arise when servicing their properties. They are truly the best! What a wonderful company. Thank you for all that you do!

I ve dealt with and worked with M&A for nearly 20 years both as as an HOA resident and as a board member. I believe that the company aspires to providing top quality service. Have there been issues at times? Sure, but M&A has always done all necessary to resolve those issues. I find all employees, from bottom to top, are always committed to doing the job right and making the customer happy.

Just as a point of reference, I am aware of 3 HOA/Condo Associations that left M&A to save money expecting the same quality of service. All returned to M&A after several years, having learned that you get what you pay for . The level of service received was far below that previously received from M&A, the new companies lacked both professionalism and knowledge, and some important issues were never able to be resolved.

The Lakes at Sable has contracted/partnered with Management & Associates for over 20 years. I have had the personal privilege of dealing with the owners Dominick and Jaime...I find them extremely proficient at their jobs. We now work with Tara who takes very good care of our community & Evelyn handles the financials...we are very please!

My dog was almost bit by another dog that runs loose through the neighborhood. I informed management about the owner letting the dog run loose through the neighborhood and management did nothing. I guess I have to wait till my dog gets bit or, if im lucky, maybe my daughter can get bit.

I would like to send a SHOUT OUT to Tara Martinez she was always extremely professional and understanding in a difficult Closing situation of a condo. She was prompt on responding to emails and phone calls. If she did not have the information she reached out to whoever was able to help. I am very thankful for being able to count on you.

Tara and Mary have been great and very responsive. These ladies have made management transition so easy and proficient. They communicated and follow up every step of the way. Thank you ladies.

Very up to date with technology, very knowledgeable about area resources, very responsive to community needs. Manager is very experienced and skilled at collaborating with HOA Boards of Directors to solve problems.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Ive called and emailed multiple times. Simply trying to put a new roof on my house, and paint the exterior. Submitted the paperwork and would simply like to know when/how we will be notified of the decision. They will not answer emails or return phone calls. Completely unresponsive and unprofessional.

Just responding to their "response" below..... my applications were emailed to Emma at least two days before the committees October meeting. I have her email confirming receipt. And I'm STILL waiting for a response to my last email.

Beyond ensuring adherence to our By-Laws, our property manager has exemplary project management skills and can routinely be counted on to flawlessly execute community initiatives.

Supporting our property mananger, M&A has a team of highly skilled professionals that are all very knowledgeable as it relates to their functional disciplines. All individuals are very responsive, service minded, polite to work with and have good follow-up skills.

As it relates to Dominick and Jaime, not only are both readily accessible but they should also be commended for assembling an enviable team of professionals. As a result, they've created a company with a positive work environment and "can do" culture that is appreciated by their customers and well respected by their industry peers.
